I have not eaten KFC for so many years due to its bad reputation, but since I was just visiting the area and just next to the hotel I was staying with, what a heck so I gave KFC one more chance, to my dismay the chicken was so hard and dry and half warm, I think the chicken had been in the warmer since morning, Sorry but never again KFC.

I had not gone to KFC in over 15 years but I was out of town and it was next door to my hotel and I thought why not. I place my order online, it tells me it will be ready at 3:50 I get there at 3:50 and I'm told that they just noticed the order but it will be out quickly. I get a drink and sit down and play on my phone and wait for my food. So much happened as I sat there with the interactions between customers and employees but I'm not gonna focus on that. I will focus on the fact that I got my food at 4:19. 2 breast and wing, the wing had large feathers fried and sticking out from it. The breast were slightly crisp on top, and greasy and discolored on the bottom. A bad experience and I can easily go another 100 years and never even consider stepping into KFC again. This was very hard to write without explicitives.

Don’t ever eat here!!!!! Terrible service treated us terribly and the food was not hot, wasn’t even warm. It also tasted disgusting. Also I tried to order strips and they said they were frozen but KFC does not freeze their strips.

This place has both KFC and Tacobell together!!!! Chalupas were not hot at all !!!!! No black beans for the chalupa !!!! The restaurant wasn't really clean either !!!! Even the KFC wraps were not hot !!!!!

worst eating experience ever, all the tables are filthy, hair on them, and covered in grease. Found metal in my chicken nuggets and mac and cheese was entirely overcooked and had no flavor. The sodas are completely flat and my friend found a vein in her chicken tender. absolutely would not eat here again. took around 20 minutes just to get our order. Complete waste of money.

So I just want to share my experience here at the KFC/Taco Bell I was met with a little bit of hostility a due to. I’ve been drinking for most of the evening came in around 9 o’clock, and probably not the easiest to deal with lady came to the counter I asked for a cheesy gordita crunch and she’s like up. Nope, route Jeremy, which is the top notch dude Comes up the counter he’s like I got you man let me make this happen for you. It’s like a one awesome I said hey look what he got for dark meat while he’s like. Let me see what I got he not only had dark meat. He also made sure that I got my cheesy gordita crunch, then midway halfway through or toward the end of my meal Checked on me again we need more people like Jeremy running our restaurants. Thank you y’all have a blessed night.
