Ordered through Uber eats. Missing an item and another item was wrong. So 2 out of 5 items. I mean, is it so hard to read an order slip and double check before sending an order out??

The worst place to get a McRib… there were more onions than meat. No pickles no bbq sauce. But had the nerve to DAB a touch of mustard and ketchup that doesn’t even come with it. Fries old brown and salty. And had to wait 10 mins for 2 cookies.

Stopped here while driving through Louisiana — big mistake. My mini M&M’s McFlurry looked like someone just dumped candy on top and called it a day — no mix, no swirl, no effort. The Diet Coke was flatter than the bayou at low tide, and the fries were limp and lifeless. Customer service? Let’s just say it felt like Mumbles was running the drive-thru.
First time here and definitely the last. I’ll keep driving next time.

This has the worst employees Placed order, total was $32.00. I had two 100.00 and a 20.00 bill. Was told they don’t take bills larger than a 20.00 I put the 20.00 on the counter and my wife came up and was pulling out 12.00 in ones and a five laying them in the counter by the 20.00 that I put down. This rude guy that has a problem with his job came up and told the girl don’t pickup the money off the counter if they can’t put it in your hand and he disappears . I asked the girl if that’s what he said.and she says yes it’s rude. Told her if y’all would have took the hundred we wouldn’t have scarped up the ones and five. This manager you have never came back to the counter when he started the argument in the first place. This was about 9:15 pm headed home from a basketball game. Will never go in that place again it will be best for you manager and the smart ___ employees.
