Last Year I ordered probably the most delicious pizza ever (from pizza Hut). For weeks I've been wanting that same pizza.. Backyard BBQ chicken pizza. I am so disgusted and disappointed by this $20 pizza.. not only did they not so the BBQ sauce drizzle but tis completely bland and 🤢🤮
Plus the chocolate brownie was not ready.. Darren Thibodeaux had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the brownie that they told him would take 3 minutes.
Also, they did not call me to let me know they didn't have my drink I ordered and instead substituted with something I didn't want when they are supposed to call me to let me know.
I am beyond pissed off! I don't usually complain but I've been wanting my backyard BBQ chicken pizza again and like ughhh. This ruined pizza Hut for me. I already don't like pizza Hut.. but the last time I ordered this I actually was amazed at how delicious (this we back in December). Today reminded me of why I don't go to not only the Port Allen pizza Hut but all pizza hits!
I just now called to request a refund or get help with this order and the girl was completely rude on the phone, has plenty of attitude and argued with me on the phone behind my ticket saying I didn't request the drizzle THATS SUPPOSED TO Come WITH THIS PIZZA.
SHE SAID I CAN BRING IT IN TOMORROW AND I SURE WILL. SEE Y'ALL TOMORROW, HOPEFULLY THE MANAGER HAS MORE SENSE!
This store is trash!!!! Would not recommend!!!!
I had put online order from DoorDash from here and my dasher was telling me that a man was being very rude to her and yelling at her and turn her around now I don’t usually order from here because it’s out the way but that was very unprofessional disrespectful and nasty and rude and I apologize to my dasher because she don’t deserve that and I will never order here or eat here
Our family decided on pizza and I'm always against eating Little Ceasers and thought that Pizza Hut would retain the same quality I'm used to and have eaten since I was younger.
We ordered online and even told them remove certain toppings and make things only half of the pizza, that was not followed.
The pizza that I received at this location was far from appetizing looking and the buffalo bites that came in the cup looked undesirable. The pizza tore like ripped paper and wasn't cut at all, the cheese was disgusting.
I called so that I could request a refund and the line was disconnected. So I contacted customer service for a refund and they offered me pizza I do not want from the same location that just messed up my pizza. I don't know what kind of customer service this is.
They told me that I would be contacted by management in 3 days to get my refund and here we are 7 days later and no one has contacted me back yet, I haven't gotten a refund and the pizza was not worth it at all.
I guess I can't disclaim how great it is anymore and I won't be patrionizing a place that doesn't have the decency to remain with the quality that people came to love about Pizza Hut.
Said ready on the screen when I got there... Everyone was just standing around while I was waiting for them to bring it to the counter, turns out it wasn't ready... After 5 minutes of waiting they tell me I'm waiting on cinnamon sticks, I finally get my order and go to my car to find out the cinnamon sticks aren't fully cooked, not fully covered in the cinnamon sauce, the mushrooms missing from my pizza, so I had to turn back around to have them remake it. After 5 minutes of again waiting with my pizza sitting on a rack while they stood around in the freezer, they tell me they don't know what I want them to do because they don't have any mushrooms so they handed me back my now cold and incomplete order. On top of that, they didn't give me the blue cheese dip that I ordered and put ranch in my hand and walked away like it was my problem for not ordering ranch anyway... I can't stand ranch. I'm not even going to start on the state of the other pizza... Do yourself a favor and don't patronize this business
The service is really slow they get wrong my pizza two times and he get attitude with me because I told him I wait 1 hour for my pizza at the store and they still make wrong the second time i ask for the receipt to find costumer service number to call for complaint and he turn the back on me and go. 9 of 10 pizzas i order in that location they make wrong i has to drive more for pizzas now

I haven’t ordered a pizza from this oizza in a while and now I understand. I normally go into the store but this time i order online. I was completely disappointed. I would have taken it back but this generation of employees probably would have taken it personally. Nope I don’t think so. I hope this comment changes things.🤮

Ordered a pizza and nothing I asked for was on it correctly.. it was half burnt. The side that wasn't. I tried to eat.. yeah was a mistake.. had food poisoning for days... I hate 6 years ago and am just now starting to feel a little better today. One thing I can say! The pizza delivery guy was very very nice and got the pizza there fast. Thank you for doing your part and correctly.. as to the actual place.. TAKE THE THINGS OFF YOUR APP IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THEM BEFORE WE PAY. Cause if I would've knew that y'all didn't have all that I would've gotten my money back. Also.. I would be much more careful with the getting people sick thing.. some people. It as nice and will file some big lawsuits. I do not recommend this pizza hut at all. Will try again next year maybe. Come on pizza hut. Y'all used to the BEST.

This pizza was the best. I have not had pizza this good sense Pizza Hut on Airline Highway in Baton Rouge . Please keep up the good work. Wonderful service. ?????
