This was definitely a hole in the wall place for us. We stopped here on our way to Florida from Texas. The staff was super nice, the food was delicious. The staff even brough our 10 month old some bread to eat. Overall will definitely stop here again if we are passing through.

Usually when we come here the food is great. But you might want to update your hours!! We drove out of our way to come eat here at 3:20 p.m. your Google listing states that it is open and doesn't close till 7:00 p.m.! Not a single light on and both the doors locked!

Great food, amazing owner! Will definitely come back! Also truck parking available.

This place don't look like much when you walk in,everything is in Styrofoam and you feel like your in line at a soup kitchen. but the food is excellent.guess you can't judge a book by its cover.

Food used to be pretty good from here a while back. Now since I’m seeing new faces, it’s horrible now. Today I got bad shrimp and red beans smelled and tasted sour. Shrimp was very tart tasting. Prices has went up here, pieces of food items are less, and does not taste the same anymore. This is the second time it’s given me a bad stomach ache after eating from here. I do not recommend and I will not waste any more money at this place!

Wow. Not what I expected! This was the best fish I have had in a restaurant. Fresh. Flaky. Thick. Wonderful. I am so thankful that we found this place. The prices were excellent for the portion sizes. You will not be disappointed.

Both front doors open. Had a couple of flies flying around. Philly cheese steak was good but fried shrimp could have cooked a little longer. Breading was soft.

Sam’s is my favorite place to stop and eat on my way to BR. I always get the jumbo fried shrimp and crab cakes. Perfectly cooked every time. Clean and inviting atmosphere and friendly staff.

Terrible experience! Zero stars! Ordered for takeout last night at 740pm. Paid online as required. Got to the restaurant for pickup as scheduled for 755pm and doors were locked. Lights on and open sign on but no one answered door and no one would answer phone. Restaurant shows they don’t close until 9pm. Gas station employees (connected to restaurant) say they do this all the time. Don’t trust them to order by phone or online ever!
