I don't get over to Port Allen often, but when I do I always stop at this location. The store and restrooms are always kept clean. As a diabetic I will sometimes ask for something different but not sweet and they have always knocked it out of the park. I normally get the bagel but I tried the Bacon, Gouda and egg sandwich and it was great!

I come to Starbucks in Port Allen LOUISIANA every day because the staff is so warm and friendly. They talk to you that make you feel at home and you enjoy coming just sitting talking and enjoying your Starbucks drinks. Each one of the Starbucks employees are friendly and I come here every day As a matter of fact, I come here so much when they see my car pull up. They automatically know what I want when I walk through the door and that speaks volumes to me.

While Starbucks is pretty much the same everywhere, the staff is what makes this particular location truly great. They are the first people I see most mornings, and it's wonderful to always start my day greeted with a friendly smile. The service is fantastic, and if something isn't right, they fix it. Ordered a tall caramel macchiato upside down extra foam. Got home took the lid off and the cup is just above half full. WTH!!?? Over $6 for this!! NO MORE!! Not wasting my money again! Also ordered a grilled cheese and it was buttered on one side!🤦🏽♀️

This is a great location in the terms of coffee and staffing. But getting off I10, and trying to get back on is an absolute nightmare.
Unfortunately we had to stop and stretch our legs and get something to drink and snack on.
Getting back on track from this area took us 30 minutes to make it anywhere.

Some inconsistencies with the Lavender Iced Matcha Latte but they are getting better.
I’m aware the straws come packaged, but what the heck is this?! Also, I’m tired of ordering my refresher to come with water and given one with lemonade. It never fails. I’m starting to think it’s intentional.

I asked and paid for Iced espresso and paid for it, I took the cup and walked away from the counter tasted the drink and realized it was a cold Latte with sugar, took the cup back to the counter and said I think I got a wrong drink, the young woman at the counter replied no that’s what you ordered, I replied that I specifically asked for no sugar in my drink, I asked please just give me a cold coffee with no sugar and easy Ice. Rudely she ordered me to throw away the latte. I left the latte on the counter and walked out with the ice coffee. The cup was filled near two third with Ice and one third coffee. Less than 5 ounces of coffee for $6. I guess I should not complain about gas prices while Starbucks can sell 5 ounces of coffee for $6.

I really do enjoy visiting this Starbucks location. I have visited countless times in the past and there are several employees who stop to have small talk with me, which I enjoy. Today however, I was surprised by sweet notes written on the bags of the food items I ordered. I am not sure who took the time to write the notes, but it is much appreciated. Life is all about the little things, so whoever was kind enough to write these notes, thank you and keep up the good work! A small act of kindness just might make someone’s day in a major way!
