I placed a Subway order last Wednesday 8/6/2025. The subs I received was okay missing a few items but the family was hungry so didn't bothered about it. I got a salad and let's just say I honestly do not know what that mess was. I called the store 3 or 4 times before they answered. The same young man who fixed the order answered and said I can bring the salad back the next due to they were closed and it was about 8:30pm. I informed him I was right around the corner and I cn bring it back. He stated again we are closed and I'll write your name down. I went back a few times and still couldn't get my salad refined.
So today 8/14/2025, I went in and purchased some subs and salad. They only had one lady working. She was making subs and putting up a delivery truck. No matter how many people piled in and sometimes the register acting up she never got frustrated nor irritated! She kept calm, was greeting all the customers making subs by herself and she was an awesome person! That environment she was in by herself she handled it with grace and my salad was way better than last week. Ms. Tiffany was amazing! I'll post a picture of my salad from last week.

Worst Subway I've ever been to, and that's a hard bar to fall below. Backed up line, struggling to make sandwiches, one guy had hair covering his entire face and I couldn't see or hear him. Lady didn't listen and put the wrong sauce on my sandwich. Didn't offer to remake it. Not that I would have taken it, took way too long for them to make it to start with. Should be better for a location off the interstate. Thank god I won't be back. First food stop in 500 miles was this. Disappointing. Maybe hire people that are grateful to have a job and aren't itching to get back to their vape on the back table.

I came in here with my family, and the look they gave me was like they didnt want customers coming in. They didnt bother asking if we wanted our sandwiches toasted. Had to tell them I didnt want it toasted. Then they were barely putting the vegetables on there. They gave me enough to fit on a small tortilla. Had to ask for more at least 3 times. They had the nastiest attitudes. One was too busy on the phone to even bother with the customers. They were slamming items around with attitudes on their faces. Monday July 21 at 2:30pm. Management needs to reevaluate their staff. They need to fire everyone, close, rehire then open up again. Cause this was by far the worst experience I've gotten here at this location.

The staff were very rude. While ordering a sandwich, we got yelled at over cheese and a misunderstanding. 2/3 of the staff had a horrible attitude while we were ordering. After we got our food and sat down to eat, they continued to talk about us out loud. It was our first time in the area and I can truly say we’re very disappointed.

Stopped in to eat lunch on the way home, I told the lady making my sandwich I wanted a sandwich ON THEIR MENU, but no onions (I don't like), and tomato's (looked mushy)
The lady rudely told me she's not looking at the menu.
1, an employee should know their menu and what's on it.
2, how hard is it to turn around, and read it? Only thing she had left was the lettuce and ranch.
I didn't get a name because at that point I wanted to leave. But, my food tasted great.

Google said the store closes at 9:30 pulled up at 8:40 just got the door to be locked and the lady looked at me and ran to the back until i left. if you don’t actually close at 9:30 change your times.
Stay away from this subway. Bunch of bum ass workers with shitty attitudes. Take your money somewhere else.

RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE nasty attitude
When I tell you this is the most hood and most ratchet subway that I have ever been too first walked in bathroom broke and the young lady Minnie Oh my gosh! hood not the word she literally answered the phone as she was making food with the gloves on and she went not the bank with the same gloves coming out of town no one wants to see that
I went to this location today November 16th. The Air conditioning not even working. What kind of business runs without air conditioning?? The staff on their phone half the time at the register too

Subway has become another one of those businesses who sneak in the tip function, and they underhandedly hide the do not tip function with tiny letters. It is probably a corporate add on, but I'm tired of tipping people who just stand behind a counter, and tired of the pressure companies use to get people to give tips. It's rude and undeserved. The service was good, but it didn't deserve a tip. Change it.

It’s ok sometimes.but 10 dollars for a 4 inch long wrap is a crime. It happens often at this location.
Slow and dumb like every other fast food place in the area. Port Allen as a whole has a major issue with just being terrible at everything they do. Put in online order at 330. It’s now 430
