I went to this location today November 16th. The Air conditioning not even working. What kind of business runs without air conditioning?? The staff on their phone half the time at the register too

Subway has become another one of those businesses who sneak in the tip function, and they underhandedly hide the do not tip function with tiny letters. It is probably a corporate add on, but I'm tired of tipping people who just stand behind a counter, and tired of the pressure companies use to get people to give tips. It's rude and undeserved. The service was good, but it didn't deserve a tip. Change it.

Slow and dumb like every other fast food place in the area. Port Allen as a whole has a major issue with just being terrible at everything they do. Put in online order at 330. It’s now 430

It's a Subway - not much to say. No problems with my visit. Ordered online and my sandwich was ready when I got there. The staff were very friendly.
Parking: Parking lot is oddly laid out and is kind of tight, especially if there are big trucks parked in there.

What time does this store close? Online it states 9pm, but the doors were locked at 826pm on a Wednesday night. The employee informed me that the store closes at 830pm as she was letting the last guest out. Even so, if the store hours are supposed to be open until 830pm, then locking the door at 826pm is all the more disappointing. Is it 826, 830, or 9pm? Whatever are the new hours, please update them on the website, so that customers are aware and be sure to add a disclaimer that the store locks its doors within 5 mins to closing so that it is known.

This is the worst Subway ever. I ordered a salad on door dash and they gave them a sandwich instead, and I called the restaurant and they told me they couldn't help me it was door dash people fault don't ever go to this subway in port Allen go to the one in port Allen Walmart way better service
