No need to have a security guard if you dont have dine in after 11pm. Also the smell of the weed as you approach the store from the truck stop is not welcomed either. Not even going to try to make a to go order when the last time i did the gravy had uncooked sausage in it. Normally i like waffle house, but this experience is starting to sour that.

Was traveling and overall had a nice dining experience. Last time I went to a waffle house I felt the prices had gotten to high. In Louisiana the prices were fair and definitely will return.
Great cook food is always great just the way you ask for it and the staff is awesome lively speaks to every customer when that door opens there on it!!!

The service at this location depends on who happens to be working. At night when there are 2-3 ppl working you can get decent service. On a Saturday morning when it looked like 12+ people were working, the whole staff ignored me at an empty table for ten minutes. The district manager stood right behind me talking about how she’ll be off tomorrow and sleeping in late but never bothered to have any of the other staff come and take my order. Being a district manager must be very easy to achieve with this company.

This place was packed with employees. Everyone was nice and working hard. The food came up fast and flawless! Good eats!
*side note- Make sure to leave the employees a few credits on the jukebox box when you leave. Sadly there isn’t music unless someone feeds the jukebox quarters. So they work in silence or put their own money in it. Be cool- pay it forward 🎶 🎵 💵
