Lots of workers in the building but the customers are leaned on counter and 5-10min without being waited on We went drive tru and was pretty quick. Only car. Inside seemed wild.

Bad service and rude staff. I travel for work alot from Texas. Out of all the Wendy's I have been to in other states this is by far the worst no contest. Avoid at all costs.

Just left this Wendy’s after staying in line 30 minutes. Got to the intercom to advise on order and no one came. Said hello four times no one came. I still stayed in drive thru. Got to the window and the manger or shift person told the person at the window they do not take orders at window. The line was so long and they couldn’t care less of customer service. There’s so much I want to say about both ladies but I’m going to be nice. Even the lady that relaid the message though it was a lot of audacity when she smiled and giggled it off

We got in the at 11:57 pm it's 12:4a0 just getting our food, the food was cold fries was frozen we got 4 drinks no cup holders staff was playing and joking around the hd addittude the worst service of my life everyone need retraining

We gave them a second chance after a horrible first experience because bad days happen. We placed our order and sat in line for over 10 minutes with no cars moving. We could see the young men standing in a group just talking, laughing, and pushing each other and playing around through windows while several cars sat there. We eventually just left and went across the street to burger king and as we were leaving after placing our order and receiving our food there, we saw other cars just leave the wendys line as well.

We were hoping for exceptional customer service, along with hot food and a pleasant atmosphere. We already had some reservations, considering our past experiences. It sometimes feels as though some individuals believe they are entitled to certain things. When we request hot food, it would be wonderful if the preparation could reflect the care and attention that was common in the past, such as during the 1980s and 1990s, when things seemed to be at their best. This, combined with excellent customer service, would be ideal. When hiring, please consider the customer's perspective.

No service at all, we were waiting for 30 minutes and nobody came to take our order. Very dirty place. Bathroom are dirty, roof is leaking. The bathroom door didn’t even close close.
