Drive thru closed, told to come to front counter, when I got there only auto kiosk available, food was clicked over to now serving immediately(assuming to buffer their service times?) staff was too preoccupied to interact with several customers, who waited at front counter to be ignored by cleaning staff. Cart even pushed in front of cash register.

This place is a joke . Always closeing out early and never getting orders right . Tried to get food tonight was told they only had fries and cokes. Because they are closeing early. What kind of business survives like this. Please don't buy food from this place. Maybe they will shut down, and we can get a business that wants to serve people.

Visited McDonalds on 9/19/24. While At drive thru getting my order. I kindly asked the manager to give me a second to make sure my order was right. They are known for messing up orders. He proceeded to close the window without giving me my shake.He outright ignored me. I had to blow my horn three times before he came back to give me my shake. He was very unprofessional and had nasty attitude. I won’t be back to the McDonalds in Port Barre.

Well it's nuts that this McDonalds in Port Barre always makes a better Frappe than the Grand Coteau and especially better than the Opelousas store. I like the fact that I can buy 2 cookies for only $1.39 here in Port Barre but Grand Coteau charges $1.89 for the exact same order. And Opelousas charges the same as Grand Coteau or even more. I never got down inside this particular McDonalds however it is inside a gas station.

This one is the most pitiful . Generally I don't eat McDonald's but i was getting dizzy because i hadn't eaten. I got the quarter pounder with cheese. I bit into it and the texture of the meat was like someone had already chewed it. Idk about anyone else but i like chewing my own food. Brought it inside to talk to the mgr. She told me there was nothing wrong with it. Thats how all the food taste. Then tried to correct herself. This is the sort of thing that keeps people from eating this crapola

It's McDonald's!!! It's good, but could be better if the fries are filled up completely, there's enough tartar sauce on the fish & the cheese is on the burgers/fish correctly and melted. But for the most part, I liked it.
