Walked in.. stood there to place order..No one greeted us... I tried to speak with them after 10 minutes .. they said use kiosk.. I told them I had a special request... They refused to look or talk to me ... Went to kiosk.. it said frappe was out of stock... I asked them verbally is the frappe machine working and they refused to answer... No one in the place except drive thru and refused to even look at me... What is wrong with these people!!!!!!!!!!! There were at least 3 , and all treated a couple nice senior citizens like we were invisible ..

No do not go here the service is terrible the food is moderate but the fries in my opinion were not the best. The place was really run down and had like a 13 year old kid not even working there. Definitely find another McDonalds to go to avoid this one I wish I could leave no stars

Ordered $35 worth of food on the app for Christmas Eve. When I got there to pick up the order they were closed. I have made 3 trips to the store and spoke with 3 different managers about a refund and they all said they couldn't help me. I even spoke with the district manager about a refund and she said the money should have went back to my card. It has been over a week and I still have not received a refund. Charging people for food when you aren't even open is called stealing
