Got into the drive thru at 12:26 today. At 12:34 a car pulled up behind me and I noticed the person in front of me was taking a while to order. Ordered $45 worth of food for my kids on the app to help make things move a little faster. When I pulled up I told them name to which I was told to hold on. After about 10 minutes I told them I had an order online and was told to pull up. I pulled up and am now trapped in the drive thru for 20 more minutes and no one moves. I call and ask to cancel the order and am told rather rudely that I have to do it over the app. When I tried the app would not allow me to cancel because it was showing that it was completed. Long story but I was not refunded nor did I receive my food because after 45 minutes of no one moving the person behind me and I backed out of the drive thru. I will be passing by tomorrow to get my money.

I live nearby. And have given this establishment more than enough chances to compete with other businesses in the area. Drinks are always flat or taste off. Service is nonexistent most times. If you’re on the fence steer clear.

The restaurant is always clean and our order is always right but it seems like mobile orders get last priority and take forever. I use the app because they won't serve you unless you order on the kiosk. My wife refuses to give them her money if they can't even take an order so I just order it on my phone and pick it up. I watched an elderly couple leave without ordering because they couldn't figure out how to use the kiosk and no one would help them.

Great service! This is the only location that has ever told me use the kiosk to order if I want to or they will be with me shortly to take my order. This speaks volumes on today's world. I usually get told I have to order on kiosk or they won't serve me.... Great job at this location.

9/10 times the service at this location is HORRIBLE. You’re essentially forced to order on the kiosk as there is usually no one to greet customers or take orders. Whoever the manager is here needs to reevaluate some things and learn how to staff properly. The condescending tones and attitudes I’ve experienced and witnessed here by certain employees is unacceptable in the service industry. I’d avoid this location unless you want to get spoken to like a child and have items missing once you open your bag. 1/5 stars, do not recommend.

The staff were not eager to serve us or ? unfortunately. Taco Bell food is Taco Bell food taste wise. It was good except they weren't offering the $5 box suddenly. The few stars only are due to the fact I ordered several different items, asked for Hot Sauce, counted the proper number of items when given, and left. Only to find there was one pack of sauce.

Parking: The parking is tight. About 15 usable spots and they are all in the drive thru's way. Really no area for a large size vehicle. The entrance and exits are immediately off Hwy.190. and across from a very busy love's station so you have to get around them too.

Kid-friendliness: It's an empty restaurant the majority of the time. Drive thru is popular. It's clean and modern. Nothing really for kids to do but eat.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's doable with a wheelchair but I believe it's a small area by the doors themselves
