We have ordered the same thing weekly for about 2 years from Albasha in Prairieville. Today, Oct 29th 2025, not only did they get it wrong, they wouldn’t refund it, they wouldn’t just add what they were supposed to, the so called manager coped an attitude with my daughter instead of being nice to a loyal customer they lost one. I know the staff doesn’t care, but I’m sure the owner would like to know how customers are being treated. I would never recommend Albasha Greek & Lebanese Cafe on Airline Hwy in Prairieville, La. The prices were always high, but we paid them. Until today. So long Albasha.

I love this place, but I moved to Foley, Alabama and they definitely need a good Greek food restaurant. So please come open one, would definitely be a good place for locals and tourists! ❤️

My sister and brother in law brought my wife and me there and we are both glad they did. Everything I tasted and ate were delicious. If you go, be sure to read the daily specials on the chalkboard just inside the front door. If you like Greek and Lebanese food, are hungry and in the Praireville area, I recommend that you try them out.

We ate there today. There was a big black hair in our food. The mujadra came out cold, and when they brought our ticket, it had the total. When she ran the card, the total was different than the total on my ticket. No manager addressed that there was hair in our food or said sorry. The fact there were a couple dollars added, additional to the total was enough I won’t be back. I definitely tipped well in cash, because our server was good. She can’t help the food took forever. However when the total doesn’t match up, I have a problem with that.

Place used to be excellent but their prices have skyrocketed and the quality (and quantity) has drastically decreased. Chicken shawarma used to be delicious, now it’s dry and causes cotton-mouth. Salad dressing is now watery, I suppose from trying to cuts costs. We used to dine-in or order out at least twice per month but we will not return unless we hear these things have improved.

Let out a nice one in the bathroom. Walked back in there 20min later after eating to wash hands and leave. Still had a nice smell to it.

The food was good until about 5 hours later when I became sick. 😫 No sure what it was, but thinking it was probably the eggplant.
