Was craving a burger, and the atomic burger really hit the spot, I am a first time customer and plan to return. Very juicy, the right amount of toppings and sauce, crispy edges of the patty was perfect! Highly recommend!!

Stood at counter for over 5 minutes and no one acknowledged us. Dining room was empty and drive thru had a few cars. We ended up walking out when we realized we were not going to be helped.

This is the newest location. I went in because this location was new. The bathrooms were both horrible. From what I remembered. At a different location the chocolate banana milkshake was made differently. The burger quality was ok….Veterans (Metairie) and the Burbank locations was better. I was turned off by the P-Ville location. The workers were not peppy.

On top of that the ice machine didn’t have any ice.

I was excited to try this establishment since I had heard many good things about them from several different people. I was also excited at their vegetarian menu options, which allow you to substitute a beef patty for a meatless one (Impossible). For someone that has a mostly plant-based diet, it’s very difficult to find any kind of restaurant in Southeast Louisiana that offers these types of alternative options. My mom and I had gone through the drive-thru on a Sunday night one afternoon and we were rudely told over the loudspeaker “We are not taking any more orders this evening!” We asked why and were told they were “out of all meat products” which prompted us to ask if we could order a shake instead. Their response was “we are not taking any more orders at this time”. We were both confused because if they were out of all meat products, then why wouldn’t we be able to order fries or a shake instead? I don’t quite understand the hostility that we experienced that night. I can understand that things may get stressful when it’s busy but that’s no excuse to talk to your customers in a disrespectful manner, especially in the industry that you work in. After being completely turned away that night, we decided to give it another try a week or so later. While my mom really liked and enjoyed her shake, our burger and fries were disgusting. I opted for an Impossible patty and it was soggy and BURNT. It tasted like straight up charcoal. Burger King’s Impossible Whopper is MUCH better and definitely cheaper. The fries were also not great — kind of hard but greasy as well. I didn’t even finish my whole burger and ended up trashing it. My mom threw hers away as well. I honestly don’t understand the hype. They’re trying to rip off Shake Shack and doing a very poor job at it if you ask me. Of course, this is all only just an opinion and may just be one bad experience but I would go ahead and skip this place… save your money and taste buds. I will definitely not be returning.

Vegetarian options: You can sub a beef patty for an impossible (meatless) patty. That’s not very common for burger places so I applaud them for being progressive.

This place despite being a bit on the pricier side delivers on flavor their jam burgers are great with the bacon onion jam. Also tried the Nashville hot fried chicken sandwich and that was great as well with fresh pickles and lettuce to give it a fresh crunch with crispy chicken and just the right amount of heat.

Use to be a wonderful place to eat. Now service sucks. Food cold.trash overflowing, restrooms left unattended, and the audacity of a long wait time. Me and my family would stop twice a week. Now I wouldn’t give this place another dime of my money. Just keep LSU location.

My husband and I had the burger and fries. Very good!! The fries are like homemade. The burger-mushroom was our choice and we will try one of the others next time. A simple menu. Nice customer service. Clean. We will return!!!

Ok. I tread calling the Prairieville location just now but, now will answer. So let me write a review. I have been ordering milk shakes from this location since they have open. Usually they are delicious but, NOT tonight. The shakes where warm and tasted like cool whip. Sorry to say I will NOT go back to the Prairieville location.
