I was so excited to try this new location , the atmosphere was nice and clean , however, I noticed some of the ice cream appeared to have ice on top of it. I should have did a taste test for my flavor bc once I received my cookie and cream ice cream , it was definitely freezer burnt. The ice cream had an icy taste to it. I was so disappointed bc I was looking forward to this ice cream after driving here from Baton Rouge , directly from work. I could have gone to another location but I was just excited to try this location , especially bc it has a drive-thru. Which was closed when I visited. Not sure if it’s just not open yet or I came on the wrong day. Overall the staff was great. I did find my scoops to appear smaller than usual ,however the gentleman was nice and greeted me with a smile.

Their cakes are so cute, they have a good variety to choose from, the fudge crunch filling is the BOMB AND their prices are SUPER Affordable. The staff goes above and beyond to make the cakes the color you want and ensure you get exactly what you ordered. They are always super friendly and every single cake I have ordered has been 100% what we wanted, great tasting, and literally perfect. I 100% recommend them for all your ice cream and ice cream cake needs. Im telling you, the fudge crunch cakes are DELICIOUS!!! Will continue to use them for all my birthday cake orders!! So glad I found their cakes online. THANK YOU BASKIN ROBBINS AMAZING STAFF!!!

OMG!! Me and my fiance went there today and could not wait to eat the delicious chocolate waffle cone, and it was delicious. But boy, did I ever pay for this cheat day. Not long after eating this deliciousness, diarrhea started so bad, that I thought me and my fiance would literally fight over the bathroom. 8 hours later, as I type this we still cannot stop pooping, sometimes so violent, I thought it would flying out flush the toilet without me pushing the lever. HELP?? Help?? I'm sticking to my frozen custard TURTLE from Freddy's
Their employee was very rude. It was pouring rain. I forgot my mask in my car. She said you have to have a mask and walked to the back. Would not even acknowledge me, I was trying to pull my shirt over my nose and face but she turned and walked in the back

Polar Pizza Praline is the best. My daughter had one delivered to me for my Birthday. Five days later if was gone. I ate every bit on it. I went and picked up another one today. Yum ?. Thank you Baskin Robbins.

I've been a patron of this particular Baskin Robbins for years and I have to say I have never had a bad experience! Even though the staff is often young, they are always polite and attentive and good under pressure as this place can get busy on a Saturday night in the summertime! It's always very clean and the take away fridge is always well stocked if you'd like to grab something quickly to take home! They do a good job of making sure the place remains neat in between customers. I do wish there was more indoor seating but the place is small and I'm not sure they could really fit more seating inside and the sidewalk is too small for al fresco seating. May go to order is a banana royale or a large shake! Big enough to be a decadent dessert but not so big that any of it goes to waste!
