I placed an online order. When I arrived, I pulled into the drive thru, and they told me to pull around to the window. A truck was parked between the two drive thru windows just sitting there with the engine off. I went inside so I could get my food and told the cashier - she didn’t told me the grill wasn’t working and they had to use the oven, but didn’t mention that it would take longer. It took 30 minutes to receive my order that I placed 10 minutes before arriving to the store in the app and there wasn’t anyone in line in front of me. There were 4 workers there and a man that wasn’t even working there had a headset on. It was a mess. Not to mention, the app double charged me and they gave me a cheeseburger instead of nuggets. All around bad experience. Would not recommend.

Mrs. Sherry is definitely a great manager. I did have a slight issue with my order and she took care of it with no attitude and was very polite.

Just got home with my order. One meal was $15 and the other just under $10. We upgraded to onion rings and they are so rock hard you could break a tooth. Way past any quality that should be given.

Absolutely horrible. Ordered a double whopper with only bacon and cheese and fries. Ended up with a whopper slathered in ketchup with no fries. Went back to get my correct order only to be given a burger with a bun that was mushy and slimy to the point it couldn’t even be eaten.
