Rudest CS EVER! I order the E22 when I go. EVERYTIME! The guy gave me attitude and told me today that he couldnt add something to it even though they do it EVERY SINGLE TIME. When I asked why did they do it everytime before he caught attitide smacked and said what else you need?! Told him to cancel the order and drove off! This is not the first time with this location. They are horrible!!! I passed 3 coffee places to go there. NEVER AGAIN!

Terrible, terrible service. I came in for a doordash delivery, waited at the counter 3 times, and was never addressed. Multiple other people were able to get in their orders and leave before I was ever able to. The order was more than 20 minutes late before I had to forfeit the order and leave.

Love this location but the drive thru wait is getting ridiculas. Over 20 minutes on Suday around 10:30 and around 8 minutes on Monday. This is from order to actually getting your drink.

stopped by CC’s Coffee on what was clearly a very busy morning — there was a line out the door and a packed drive-thru. Having worked in customer service myself, I know how challenging those rushes can be, but I was genuinely impressed with how the team handled it all. Despite the chaos of the morning coffee crowd, every staff member remained calm, positive, and incredibly efficient. They worked together seamlessly to keep the line moving and orders coming out quickly, all while keeping a smile on their faces. That kind of teamwork and attitude doesn’t go unnoticed! On top of the great service, my Espresso 22 was absolutely delicious — rich, smooth, and exactly what I needed to kickstart my day. Big kudos to the team at CC’s for making the busy morning feel easy. I’ll definitely be back!

Last night a group of me and my friends were having a Bible study inside, and as we were visibly praying, the manager rudely interrupted and told us to leave a few minutes before close. I understand that they were about to close, but it was not 8:00 yet, and he shouted at us to “pack it up and leave.” I love the CCs franchise and go to the one in Denham about 3 times a week. I think it’s safe to say I will not come to this one in the near future.

We all know that CCs coffee is good. I always order the same thing and there's a reason for that. They've perfected my coffee drink, a Mochasippi. What stands out for this location is their customer service. I have never gotten my coffee without a smile and a friendly greeting. They've even gone so far as to remake my drink because they noticed that it had melted a bit (my own fault because traffic kept me from getting there after placing a mobile order). They really care about their customers and it shines through.
