I ordered around 12:54 pm for delivery and the guy told me it’s going to take around 15 to 25 minutes45 minutes passed I didn’t get the pizza called them and they said the delivery time pushed back to 45 to an hour and they still waiting on driver to come back. I got the pizza at 2 pm and it’s absolutely cold. You can’t do that. Also it’s wrong order I ordered beef and mushrooms only on one side they put mushrooms on side and beef the other side. I called and complained but the manager only apologised and told me that he can send another one within 30 minutes. Wasted my time had to go out and get something to eat.

We ordered a large extravaganza with pepperoni only on one half. Got a pizza with fully loaded pepperoni (both halves), maybe 6 pcs of onion, 2-3 pcs of green pepper, no Italian sausage, a few pcs of burnt to a crisp beef, and just a few pcs of minced black olives that were also burnt to a crisp. The bottom of the crust was burnt up also. Pa Bon (not good)!

Ordered 5 lrg 7.99 2 topping pizzas online. 1 week only special. Got to the end of order, and the system went down, prompting me to call the store. I called and told them i wanted the lrg carryout special for the week and ordered the 5 pizzas. Got to the store, and they handed me mediums. I told them i ordered lrg, and they quickly made the new pizzas. Would have made more since to remake them in mediums and give me both sets of pies. Would have cost them less in food cost remaking mediums, and i would have received more pizza overall for their mistake. A win-win for the store as well as the customer for their mistake. Would have received 5 stars if it were not for the online problems causing the phone call causing the csr mistake causing the customer to wait, causing makeline to back up on an already busy friday nite. Ask me how i know the trickle effect this can cause on a friday or Saturday nite in a Domino's pizza store! Lol. Just lucky it wasn't raining and no lsu or saint's football going on.

These guys are great and work hard. Be patient when they’re busy. Many times I’ve submitted an order right before close and they never fuss. They try hard to please and are good at what they do. That’s a rare quality these days. Good job guys (and gals). Much apprec.

Vegetarian options: The manager is an incredibly hard and fast worker which encourages his fellow workers. I am a poor man who gave him a $20 tip for a simple Pizza.I wish others would do the same, and even give some to his associates. And I wish Domino's would give him a huge bonus. He is an unusually amazing worker!

THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN PRAIRIEVILLE!! Manager very feminine white male blues eyes. with an attitude out of this world! Would’ve preferred to give his name! But he stated they don’t give names! NASTY PERSON! I never experienced anything like it! Slammed window in my face because food was poorly made and I asked for a refund. Reported it to corporate yesterday.. I shop here once a week so I am very upset!! I will continue to follow up with corporate to make sure he isn’t able to mistreat anymore local patron's!

I ordered 2 pizzas with extra sauce ..delivered with no sauce .They sent me out two more and it was worse than before .Hardly any sauce and pan was severely undercooked.I have 4 pizzas in my trash can…It’s like it was done on purpose ..last time I will ever order this garbage..It would be zero stars if I could make that happen.
