Yes I used to work at this location but I recently came in to get a firehouse salad and told a girl 'Armani' the only things I wanted on the salad. Yes my bad for not checking my food before I left but this was never a problem when I did work there. I reached out to a Manager and then Armani texted my phone trying to start an argument. (I did not know she had access to reach out me) I therefore reached out to a hire up to hopefully get some clarification or something good to help me and that girl out, but no. I was completely ignored by every single one. How about you control your employees because from my knowledge and experience, it is very unprofessional for an employee to start texting a customer about a problem that was not addressed to them directly. If an employee has a problem with a customer, get someone else to talk to them and check them out.

The female that works weekends and was working tonight always has an attitude, is disrespectful on phone orders, and makes the worst sandwiches. Ordered a sandwich on wheat that was supposed to have 2 meats tonight, she put ONE slice of ham on it with A shred of lettuce. It’s a specialty sub sandwich so I’m uncertain as to how it resulted in the way that it did. Nevertheless, the little girl needs to be fired immediately before she loosed this locally owned operation even more business than my own, although I order at-least twice a week for 2-3 people per order on average.
The sandwiches are amazing! The staff at this location is not the most friendly, and they take a while to prepare your food. My family and I continue to come back because it is close to our house and the food is always good- even though they often get our order wrong.

This location has workers that literally hate their job. I go there all the time hoping it changes but I guess it’s not .. every time I go to pick up my food they always have it wrong by the time I get home I have to go all the way back up there to get me a new sandwich and they act like they’re doing me a favor because they make it wrong .. they could definitely get new employees that likes their job …

Got rizzed up in the firehouse subs and the food was delicious. Haley, Chloe, and raven were extra friendly and raven was professional and efficient! Definitely a regular customer. ?
Vegetarian options: There are a lot of vegetables that can be used in place of meats and the veggie sandwich is delicious

Kid-friendliness: The staff is very kind with my 2 year old. I attempted to clean up after her and they insisted that I leave it for them. ❤️

I was in this restaurant today and had the best experience. I have ARFID & I’m weird about my food but the staff was very accommodating. A nice young lady with blue hair helped me, then made my sandwich herself to make sure it would be right. That is customer service at its finest. I will definitely be returning to this location!! It’s nice to go into a place & see the staff laughing & working together instead arguing & giving off a bad attitude.

I am horrified at what this restuarant has become. The girl with the Blue hair, absolutely insulted me by insinuating I could not afforded 5 sandwiches. I should have left immediately but I didn't. I then came back a week ago, only to find her along with the female manager, laughing so loudly and whispering about their customers. So unprofessional and sick. I refuse to ever eat at this location again
