The food was good and tasty but the fact is that I ordered my sub and the bread was cut all the way though like a sandwich instead of a sub partially cut and to top it off it didn't even get cut in 2 short halves. Other than that no other complaints. Delicious 😋😋😋😋

I was very disappointed at how dirty the restaurant was when I went to get food today at 12:30 p.m. The tables, counter and especially the drink machine was filthy. Once I received my order both of the sandwich containers were covered in some sort of food. Again, pure filth!!

I really like Firehouse Subs. However, I noticed the last two times I got the brisket/Cheddar sub. The brisket was extremely scarce. Is this the norm elsewhere?

Yes I used to work at this location but I recently came in to get a firehouse salad and told a girl 'Armani' the only things I wanted on the salad. Yes my bad for not checking my food before I left but this was never a problem when I did work there. I reached out to a Manager and then Armani texted my phone trying to start an argument. (I did not know she had access to reach out me) I therefore reached out to a hire up to hopefully get some clarification or something good to help me and that girl out, but no. I was completely ignored by every single one. How about you control your employees because from my knowledge and experience, it is very unprofessional for an employee to start texting a customer about a problem that was not addressed to them directly. If an employee has a problem with a customer, get someone else to talk to them and check them out.
