This place has been horrible service for a long time now with a long wait and rude people selling burnt or stale cookies for a long time now, but this time when I went through the drive thru and hit the horn because the speaker never works and there's a sign that says honk for service the girl walked to the window looked at me and walked away. So I waited thinking she would come back. And as I waited for about 20 minutes I watched the same girl walk past the window 4 more times and look at me but keep walking never coming open the window to take my order or even say can you give me a minute to help people here before you. While waiting I also watched people walk in get served and walk out. Finally I got tired of it and left. This place is trash, the workers are horrible and the food is really not worth the money except for the ice cream which is the only thing I ever get anymore, but I won't be back to deal with these rude workers anymore. You have lost my business and hopefully this review helps others to not get treated this way too. Take your money elsewhere unless you like rude customer service, stale cookies, and long wait times

so my daughter gets honor roll every year, and we get coupons to this cookie store every year from the school. for the first time ever we decided to use the coupons, (which don’t have an expiration date btw) and we’re told by the “manager” that we can’t use them and they don’t take them any more because the school has been counterfeiting them. so… sounds like everyone involved needs to have a better system in place, but that’s no excuse to refuse to honor these coupons in front of my kids. what a bunch of legalistic bullshit. 🙄
I come to this location a lot and honestly, I tolerate it because the blue bonnet location is so far. My preference is a cookie cake slice but at this location, they always look dry and thin - so I always look, but I never get one here. The cookies at this location are ALWAYS overcooked as well, and you have to pick around for the one even almost looks appetizing.
So on top of the subpar cookies that are always on display at this location, the service today was absolutely unacceptable. I simply deprived myself of a cookie because my money couldn’t be spent there if the worker was going to be rude.
I can take bad product with good service, but poor service combined with subpar product will never be okay. They need to get it together.

The girl who worked here on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend was so pleasant and helpful. I decided at the last minute that I wanted a cookie cake for a party. When I asked if they had any cakes made, the girl said not today but offered to bake one and decorate it with Memorial Day decorations in an hour or two. What a wonderful employee, to go out of her way and go the extra mile to decorate the cake especially for my Memorial Day party. I have ordered cakes from this location over the past 5 years and the staff and product is always outstanding. Kudos the franchisee who owns this location….,

Cake looks nothing like I ordered for my son's birthday, 2nd year in a row. Called and employee told me the manager would contact me. Needless to say I'm still waiting on that call.

I’ve never been here
Tonight, two of the young ladies there were absolutely a godsend for helping me out with a cookie cake order mistake I made (rookie orderer, here). I don’t remember their names, but they and their manager were amazingly helpful and saved my birthday surprise!

I will never order from here again.I ordered my cake on Friday and filled out all the appropriate parts. On Saturday I got a asking what I wanted on the cake bc they said I didn't fill out what I wanted written on the cake... I told them I did, even got an email confirmation, but gave them the information regardless. I even spelled it all out slowly.I picked up my cake today and I'm just so frustrated.I'm annoyed that I paid $50 for something my 8 year old could have done a better job with. The writing was terrible and they spelled my child's name wrong.

They did an excellent job on our cake! I buy my kids bday cake here every year!
I love cookies. I love Great American Cookies. There was a period of time that I got one cookie from here every evening, until the service was so poor that I would rather not eat a sweet treat than sit in the drive through for 40 minutes with 2 cars in line, only to get to the window (because the microphone at the menu never works) to find that their card machine is down for the 19th day in a row. And if you do happen to have an hour round trip to buy a cookie, you have a 50/50 shot that it’s stale.Tragic operation and customer service, I really loved the cookies to :/

No cake decorators available
You can never go wrong when choosing a Great American Cookie Cake. This year I wanted a sugar cookie cake for my birthday and was very pleased with how it tasted. There was just enough frosting without overpowering the flavor of the sugar cookie. It served many and we still have plenty left! This design went perfect with my theme and I could not be happier!
