100000x better than the Baton Rouge location for some reason. Their boudin balls…. massive in comparison. They never fail me and everything is so good.

I Ordered a chicken salad from here for pickup , was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. When I got to Hannah’s I was asked how I placed my order I said by phone told the lady my name and she said my order wasn’t yet ready. No biggie I didn’t mind waiting a few more minutes I know it was lunch time and they were probably busy. She comes back about 8 minutes later proceeded to hand me my drink and told me to pull up to the stop sign if anyone comes behind me in the drive thru. At this point I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for over 15 minutes waiting on a chicken salad… two cars pull behind me in the drive thru and immediately get their food. A staff member then comes outside and tells me I’m not pulled up enough for the F250 behind me to get out I then ask her what’s taking so long for a salad? She proceeds to tell me they’re busy at this time of day and she’s not sure how much longer it would be on my salad and walked away. Sadly I had been waiting for 45 minutes had to leave to make it back to work without my food! Y’all can keep my $18.98 won’t be returning.

The BBQ is fantastic. The portions are large, I have a lot for lunch tomorrow. My only problem was that they messed up all 3 of our meals. Definitely will be back tho.

Came here for the first time a little after 1 P.M.
I ordered the sausage poboy. I was really hoping for it to be very delicious...but the folks served me some cold sausage on my poboy. It was really disappointing.

The mustard greens side order was very good, but it tastes like they place sugar in their mustard greens.

Needless to say, I would like to go back and try other stuff, but I may have to ask for my food to come out HOT!

My boyfriend enjoyed his grilled chicken sandwich (the chicken is diced up ...similar to eating a chicken salad sandwich, almost), and he ordered the Mac n cheese.

It took over 30 minutes for food. A\C is not sized for restaurant. Employees do not want to be here. I wouldn't either. It's hot!

I asked for the manager for a catering order. AMY came to the phone and went above and above. She listened to what o needed and saved me some money as well. She even brought the order to me outside where I was the phone. Kudos to you AMY. YOU HAVE MY Q!

Ribs were average at best. If you visit Smokey bayou or Sonny’s you would be disappointed with Hanna

It's been a few years since I've visited this one and wow, has it degraded. Part of the issue is that the location is close to a decade old and the property owner needs to address some of the infrastructure, ac and drains specifically.
The restaurant owned items such as drink dispensers, tables, counters, all need attention. While the food is still pretty good, the overall cleanliness and smell, coupled with the warm indoor air and poor bathroom ventilation, means I won't be back until things change.

Have always had good food from Hannah Q in Baton Rouge, so how different would Prairieville be? I came in to order two brisket lunch specials, approx 11:55am. I was second in line. 28 minutes later I finally got my food. In the meantime, two parties that came in after me were served. Thirty minutes to cut a few slices of brisket at the lunch hour with no one else in the store?? Two people at the counter and three in the kitchen, one of whom wasn't doing a think to help. What made the waiting worse is that they had no air conditioning in the store. I also had left an elderly family member in my running car. Again, for 30 minutes.

I'll go to the BR location again but never back to Prairieville. With so few people in the store at the lunch hour I'm surprised they're still in business.

I didn’t receive my 7.00 dollar order of mashed potato phone goes unanswered.
Order was placed the day before for 11:30 pick up the next day. Poor staffing poor planing not being able to accommodate the work load. Was told order would be ready at 12:15 2 hours before pickup and it still wasn’t ready when they said it would be ready. Go somewhere else.

I order the chicken plate when I go here. The last two times the chicken is not cooked fresh. Seems a day or two old and dry. Rest of food was okay. Thought it was a little pricey for the quality
