This is the worst Jimmy John’s location I’ve ever experienced. It didn’t used to be like this. The sandwiches are poorly made and much less meat / contents than other locations. Like they’re on a tight budget or something. Never have delivery drivers.

The phone experience is like calling some used tire shop - heavy breathing, phone being shuffled around, asking questions but not listening to answers, a lot of “yeahs” and “huh’s” and other grunts. About 2 weeks back it took 15 minutes to order one combo meal.

If you understand the difference between Burger King and Chik-fil-a, you understand the difference between this location and other Jimmy John’s locations.

It’s clearly a leadership issue.

INSANELY slow, you're making sandwiches...... sandwiches! How does it take 15mins!? Very poorly run location, management needs to be replaced and JJ needs to keep a better eye on their franchisees.

It was first my time ever at this location and it was horrible. severely rushed at the drive thru. took forever waiting for our food at the drive thru (other locations have it ready when we pay at the window) workers on their phones. the meat isn’t fresh at all and very stingy with the food. look at this sad sandwich BARELY any lettuce, onions or peppers. literally just one pepper LOL.
NEVER coming back here!!! WORST jimmy john’s experience ever!!!! DONT COME HERE & WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

This location is the worst. The workers are always socializing instead of helping customers. Many times I have gone there to be told there is no bread .No sandwich place should run out of bread. The drive through always takes 30 minutes. The current manager is a thief. Recently I was doubled charged and was told I couldn’t be refunded. The manager told me that I could get credit if I created a rewards account. It was not ideal but I said fine. He set it up using my phone number. He said next time you order the credit can be used. Come to find out that he used my credit and then deleted my account. Who ever owns this location must not care about customers. To allow employees to engage in such behavior is outrageous.

Be prepared for the worst and slowest service you’ve ever experienced. Pathetically run location, franchise, and management. Been like this for years now. Ole Jimmy himself should shut this franchisee down.

Worst run fast food place in the state. I come here often because my daughter likes the food, but I’m done. Slow and rude service

Could not hear anything the worker said over the speaker. Very rude! Employee was sitting on drive through window with butt crack press up against the window. Took forever to get sandwich. Will not be returning. If I could give it zero stars, you guessed it , I would.

Service is horrible third time coming to this location because my work is legit across the street… they will have you waiting in the drive thru for 40 mins with no line….. won’t be coming back to this location.

To sit in line for 45 minutes over 3 sandwiches is ridiculous. Next time tell me there is only one person working before you take my money and make me sit.

Not sure what I expected since they only have 3.7 rating, but it's a shame people don't care about their work. My wrap was a sloppy and disappointing mess. Won't be back.
