We put in a mobile order for pickup through drive through and when my husband went to pick it up at the appointed time (1:30pm on a Saturday) there was NOBODY there and the doors were locked! I can’t get anyone on the phone and their website hasn’t let me get in contact with corporate. And because it was a mobile order, we have already paid, I would like my money back since we definitely didn’t get the pizza. Very disappointed!

The drive-thru is a convenient option, and the friendly staff, including a standout young man, make the experience even better. However, some customers have noticed that the other staff members seem to avoid contact with customers, possibly due to a language barrier. The restrooms could also be better maintained.
