This location needs to remove the Hot-N-Ready advertisement. Everytime you come here you have to pull around to the front and wait 10-20 minutes for them to bring your food (currently 4 cars waiting in the parking lot. I have been waiting 16 minute's and the person before me still hasn’t gotten their food either). I thought that was the whole schtick with Little Caesars? I mean the identity of the company is “Hot-N-Ready”.

Well the pizza was good. I ordered my pizza at the Prairieville location and it took the guy 1 hour to hand me my pizza. Then this morning when I going over my transactions there was a $20.13 transaction for Lil Caesars when my pizza was only $14.13! So that means the guy stole $6. I am LIVID! Then I call the store and asked for the manager and the same guy that stole the money hung up on me! No telling how many others he’s done this too! He better be fired! I’m gonna go personally up there today!

I think he was the manager.. he was very nice, pleasant and helpful. As far as the other staff they seem to avoid contact with customers if they can. As though they’re hoping you don’t ask them a question or for help. They all seem to be of Hispanic origin and maybe it’s due to a language barrier, I’m not sure … but either way it’s very noticeable. Also the restrooms could be kept up better.

Worst service ever I got there ordered 2 pizzas and it took 2 hours. I left and went back and they were still not ready, am never going their again.

The manager here is great—10/10, you can tell they really care that the customer has a great experience. The pizza I get from here (or the puffs) always looks and tastes amazing.Ordering on the app is awesome because they make your order fresh, let you know when it’s ready (usually in about 10 minutes), and they put it in the hot box so you can grab it yourself when you get there.

Prices have definitely gone up. Supreme is 14.99 and was 9.99 last time i remember. To be expected under current administration. Pizza has been very fresh and well made the last 3 times I've gone. Was not so a short while ago. They seemed to have changed staff, and it really shows. As a father of 6 living on a budget, I will be back. Would get 5 stars, but the past experiences are still too fresh in my mind.
