I normally love this place because they've been so accommodating of my celiac disease. They'll usually offer to open a new container of ice cream and use a clean spoon so I can have my single scoop without fear of cross-contamination. Today, the cashier seemed too inconvenienced to do either of those things. I just opted to not get ice cream since I can't afford to get sick again. It was kind of embarrassing because I was on a date. Next time I'll probably go somewhere else. Don't want to have a Russian roulet of lazy employees and not be able to count on getting my treat if I make a special trip. This was on 07/20 at the prarieville location at 4 pm. Would love it if somebody explains to the cashier how to handle allergy protocol.

Showed up at 7pm on a Sunday and was told they stopped making shakes for the night. If it wasn't for my kids wanting ice-cream would've turned around and left! Why have a full menu but not provide it if you offer it. Is this normal for places to do this? Or is this laziness of the employees not wanting to clean the machine? Either change the menu or correct your employees directions.

Marble Slab charges premium prices ($25 for a family of three) but delivers subpar service. Their signature mix-in slab was broken—with no warning—yet they still took our order. When I voiced my concern, the employee insulted me in front of my child, calling me a “poor parent” for complaining.

Worse, staff are underpaid at just $8/hour and clearly not trained to handle broken equipment or basic customer service. If you can’t provide what you advertise, close your doors until you can. Don’t waste people’s time or money.

Today’s date is May 2nd 2025. My family and I went get ice cream about 8:30 pm.
The whole crew was nice except one girl. Long brown hair and had a pink shirt on. Her attitude was disgusting. When I was asking about scoops she rudely said that’s not the right size for the scoops. Then was forcefully and aggressively scooping my ice cream. I asked her 3 times if they had caramel and she didn’t answer me. It took one super nice guy that night to say yes ma’am. Infact he stood out as the best customer service.
Then when she gave me my ice cream I had caramel dripping all over. I told her it’s ok I’ll clean it and she the again forcefully slammed my ice cream down. After my family and I gathered our ice cream. I told her I hope she has a great night cause obviously what ever she was mad about she was taking it out on customers. She needs to be talked to about her attitude. Other than that the ice cream is always on point.

Third time we have tried to go in the evening and the third time we have been disappointed.
The first two times, no one even bothered coming to the window. This time, the slab was off and we were told they couldn’t do any mix ins 🙃

Customer Service is not high on the charts for this location. 2 Employees in the whole place.. The one in front is working her tail off and she yells for Corrine to come up front and help her. Corrie does not like her job as my husband and I observed. When she asked for my order I told her that I wanted the Turtle Cookie Ice cream with snicker she informed me that they were out. The other employee who is working her tail off chimes in and tells her how to make what I want she rolls her eyes and acts like she would rather not. So I literally got ice cream that I did not want so as not to inconvenience little Corrine any further. If you do not want to serve the public then quit. There are others out there who would love and need to jave your job. As for the other lady that was going out of her way to serve customers I commend you.

After having a back surgery I decided to go for an ice cream at this location. I stood there for awhile without any acknowledgment from the lady name Jayla, or the other lady working there with her. There was also no napkin anywhere! Finally, when I ordered, Jayla wasn’t friendly and I noticed that I bothered her from watching her tiktok videos with her earbuds in while on the clock!
Come on, I was friendlier with my back pain than she was with her simple task of putting ice cream in a cup. We had to tell her thank you with no response. Go home! It’s a shame because my family and I come here every Sunday. We will find a different location. Jayla needs to be retrained.

Life is Tough

If I could give this place zero stars, I would! My husband and 8-year-old daughter went to get ice cream cookies, and the guy with a ponytail was incredibly rude. He just slapped some melted ice cream between two cookies without any care – it wasn't even centered, more on the side, and it looked like a mess. They brought it home, and I tried to fix it by rearranging the ice cream and freezing it, but the cookies froze while the ice cream stayed melted lol. Total disaster. We’ll never come back here, even if it’s the last ice cream spot on earth. The staff act like they’re giving the ice cream away for free!

Terrible customer service. Guy with brown pony tail was very rude while taking orders and preparing them. Another young lady was rude because of a school shirt. Will not be returning.

They were out of many things, the young man who served us was very short and rude. Worst of all, they were playing very inappropriate rap music through the speakers. I will NOT be taking my family back to this location!

My husband and I went to the Marble Slab in Prairieville. We wanted the waffle cones. They were not in a case and flies were all over them. I told the clerk about it and she just shrugged and laughed. We also mentioned it to the manager and he did not say a word or do anything about it. We will never go to Marble Slab again.

Just came through the drive thru. Some dude with a brown ponytail and no personality much less customer service was rude as hell. I asked for a small cup of red velvet he cuts me off rolls his eyes and said that's seasonal. Oh okay. First time I ever heard that. You have to order at the window because the voice box is broken. Yea he acted like doing his job was an issue to say the very least. Also asked for the ice cream flavors mixed. They were not
