This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been too, by far. Always get orders wrong, slow service, ignore customers at the front counter, it’s really bad. Drive a little farther to go to a different one.

SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN, IVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SO MANY DEGENERATES AT ONE TIME INNMY LIFE. First of all when you pull up to order they will male you hold forever and then have the nerve to ask you to pull around, wait15 more minutes and the food was not only WRONG but it wasn’t fresh!!! Also the lady giving the food at the window was both nasty and ugly! Please put robots in their spots.
Outstanding experience at McDonald's on US-61 (Prairieville) on a Thursday night.
From start to finish, this visit was everything I needed — fast, fresh, and handled with care. Every single item was correct, hot, and freshly made. The ice cream machine was working (yes, really!), and our sundaes were spot-on.
Quick, friendly, and completely on point — this team deserves serious recognition. Special thanks to Paige for her excellent drive-thru service. We were assisted by a gentleman on the speaker as well, but didn’t catch his name.

Online order for drive thru, made us come inside, gave us the wrong order, then messed up our order. The extra sauces we paid for... non existent. Guess, we will attempt choke down dry nuggets and cold fries with no salt. Only thing my daughter wanted for her birthday was the freaking sauce.

Waited 10 minutes for a double quarter pounder with cheese and no ketchup. Instead they put extra ketchup, no mustard, and no cheese. If you’re going to have me pull forward to wait for the food at least take some of that extra time to get at least 1 part of the order correct.
