Outstanding experience at McDonald's on US-61 (Prairieville) on a Thursday night.
From start to finish, this visit was everything I needed — fast, fresh, and handled with care. Every single item was correct, hot, and freshly made. The ice cream machine was working (yes, really!), and our sundaes were spot-on.
Quick, friendly, and completely on point — this team deserves serious recognition. Special thanks to Paige for her excellent drive-thru service. We were assisted by a gentleman on the speaker as well, but didn’t catch his name.

Online order for drive thru, made us come inside, gave us the wrong order, then messed up our order. The extra sauces we paid for... non existent. Guess, we will attempt choke down dry nuggets and cold fries with no salt. Only thing my daughter wanted for her birthday was the freaking sauce.

Waited 10 minutes for a double quarter pounder with cheese and no ketchup. Instead they put extra ketchup, no mustard, and no cheese. If you’re going to have me pull forward to wait for the food at least take some of that extra time to get at least 1 part of the order correct.

This is the worst McDonald’s ever food always cold, ice always melted in drinks before you get your get to window, chicken on sandwich always over cooked! Slow service!

You go through the drive, and you are sitting,then someone pulls up after you, then they take their order instead of yours first. You pay for your food, and you don't get a receipt. Then you pull up to the next window, get your order, and leave. You check your order their is nothing in the bag that you ordered. For $9.27, the only thing getting right is an orange juice. They is a hell of a price to pay for orange juice, but corporate will hear about that one!!
Be careful coming here, they mess with your food. Check it first.

Waited 15 minutes for double quarter pounder, no cheese. What I got was inedible. Burned to a crisp. The worst part is someone actually cooked this, then bagged it, knowing it was a crispy critter, and handed it to a customer. It was crunchy, totally burned, looked and tasted like charcoal. If you were the cook at this McD's on evening of 2/24/25 at 7:30 you know who you are. Unfortunately you are too dumb to cook a hamburger at McDonalds. Time to move on.
