Okay so how do you mess up a cheeseburger with no mustard and no onions , I never said add mayonnaise, instead of playing around and talking about butts (so inappropriate ) maybe you should look at the food and recipes before you put it in a bag .

Not a fan of kiosk-based ordering and not seeing anyone at the counter except when they come out to put an order on the counter. This is a decent location, or used to be when you could order like a human by speaking with another human.
Chicken Big Mac was overloaded with sauce, it was a mess to eat, and all I could taste was that overabundance of sauce. Nasty!
PRICES ARE STILL WAY TOO HIGH FOR THE LOW QUALITY FOOD.
All McDs are going to this so I'll be going elsewhere.

Have been here about 6 times since it opened recently. The first week was the only time the service was acceptable and the order was correct. Every other time, something was wrong with the order. As much as I like the food, I actually dread going to this one or any other location in the area. Zero customer service these days and the level of competence has reached an all time low. How do you completely forget the fries on a value meal? That thing in the photos is supposed to be a breakfast burrito. Looks delicious, right?

There were 7 people in front of me who had to get there orders redone or come back in the store to get the rest of the order. Nobody was happy but all understanding. There was only 1 little guy working the cash register and trying to fix everyone problems but it didn't seem like anyone in the back wanted to help him. I was totally blown away with the rude customer service, my order being all messed up and very over charged. I spent almost $100 for cold, nasty food.

Where to start .... long 14 hour work day. Figured quick MD burger and fries would hit the spot. I normally check ratings , this time I didn't boy I wish I did. Ordered on the touch screen inside, they werent that busy. I got a Quarter pounder with cheese , cheeseburger and a deluxe crispy. I live 5 minutes away shame on me i should have checked but 3 miles away and ALL 3 meats were temperate ?? Fries were hot tho which were neslted near the burgers so they should atleast have been warm. To top it off .... I paid for 2 sweet and sour sauces. NONE to be found and I was already home. I will never go to this one again until these ratings come up. Please heed these ratings !!! There's a reason it has 2.9 stars!!
