Papa Johns Pizza

The store had handed off my doordash order to one of their own drivers, despite it being still assigned to me. Waited 30 minutes in the lobby only to be told I wouldn't be getting my order. This mistake costed me real money, time, and possible demotion status for failure to complete the order.

I ordered the meats pizza only to receive a pizza with no meat. A cheese pizza. When I reached out to management. I was told that he couldn't do anything to help me. Even though the error wasn't mine. I've been a loyal customer for year's but they just lost me. 30 dollars for a cheese pizza that wasn't ordered is just insane.

Every time I walk into this place... I see team work and organization! I decided to try out different pizza places cinnamon sticks and what not... well hell, I'll never go anywhere else now! Hands down, they have the best of the best pull apart cinnamon dessert!
I definitely appreciate the staff also. Welcoming and attentive! It's a good atmosphere!
P.s..... I did order extra icing, so the picture posted has more icing than the norm!

The pizza as usual is disgusting.Hardly any sauce .New York style delivered .Between you and dominos in prairieville,La my last several orders are just horrible.People just don’t care period .Do not order from this place .I have given this place chance after chance and you will be disappointed.I promise I will never order here again .They have had my business on and off for 11 years and it just gets worse ..I threw the whole pizza in the garbage.Go buy you a pizza from the store people .

The people there this evening were so nice and patient. The app messed up my order and they remade it for me and the remake was messed up bc it was a half and half but happily refunded for the mistake!

they SWITCH TO A NEW MANAGER ! They and every pizza is burned! And trash’ she has done it to me TWICE! Fire her! Bring in ppl that know how to make a real papa John’s pizza. I have to drive far out for my fave pizza.

19:13I walked into the store first thing I saw was someone sleeping under the table to the right by the cooler, staff all looking at each other to see who was going to see what needed. Second my sauce cup was busted pizza soggy and pepperoni under cooked and barley cut. The past 4 times I have eaten here its been under cooked, bad service or I cancel my order because it's been taken on a delivery. I've worked in multiple fast stores deliving pizza or working a drive through. I will no longer be trading with Papa John's. Thank you.

Why is this place not closed down?! HORRIBLE! Multiple of my delivery orders were never delivered and my carryout orders are never right! And when I can to talk about my orders the workers are rude.

I order a pizza for delivery the diver pulled in my driveway pulled right off… I called the manger he didn’t even care was like sorry nothing else… will never order from here again!!

Tried to place a preorder for a party. All calls are outsourced to a foreign “call center”. Was told my card wouldn’t go through but was charged TWICE amounting to $300 and no one seemed to have my order when I called the stores in my area. THEN when I called to speak to a district manager I was told I had to deal with the store manager. If I could give negative stars that would be the appropriate review. Negative 5 stars

I have tried this place too many times before and last week for one last time. I’ve tried giving them a chance because they are closer to our house but they screw our order every single time! The pizza or cheezy bread is always burnt/dried.The customer service is also dead. No personality. You are making pizza, how hard is it? If you can’t perform this job well life isn’t looking so promising to you!I am done. I rather the Gonzales location.
