Parc 73 Reception & Conference Center

I don't know where to begin. Parc 73 was the perfect spot for our wedding and reception. From the first meeting with Katelynne to our special day, it was the best process. The food was fantastic. They worked with us on dietary needs for our guests, which was my biggest worry.

The staff were fantastic. They were friendly and kept the guests well fed and kept the drinks going. I was never without my requested drink. LOL

I personally cannot say enough about Katelynne. She was our day of coordinator as well. To be honest, I cried a little saying goodbye to her. She felt more like family. She understood my vision of the day and decorated everything perfectly. She was by my side when needed but also kept the event going smoothly. Her personality is so warm. You can't help but love her.

From the moment we toured the venue, we knew it was the perfect place to say “I do.” The setting was absolutely stunning – beautifully maintained grounds, an elegant indoor space, and a warm, romantic ambiance that made our day feel truly magical.

What made our experience even more extraordinary was our incredible wedding coordinator, Katie. She was attentive, organized, and so genuinely invested in making our vision come to life. Her calm, professional demeanor kept us at ease throughout the entire planning process, and her attention to detail ensured that everything ran flawlessly on the big day.

Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how seamless and beautiful the celebration was, as well as the food– and that’s entirely thanks to the outstanding team behind the scenes. We couldn’t be happier with our choice, and we’ll forever be grateful for the unforgettable memories created here.

Parc 73 was an absolute dream for my wedding! Every step of the way they were so accommodating with my questions and they brought my dream to life! They were so kind and eager to make my wedding reception truly special. The space is gorgeous on its own, and they provided so many beautiful decorations! Katie, Katelynne and Bella are angels! The food is amazing especially the Chicken Waikiki, my guests are still raving about it. I’m so happy we chose to have my reception here and we highly recommend!!!! Love, the Whites.

Words truly cannot express the gratitude my husband and I feel for the exceptional professionalism and care shown by the entire staff at Parc 73. From the very first phone call, they were responsive, informative, and incredibly accommodating. They made what could have been a stressful planning process feel seamless and enjoyable.

I initially worked with Katelynne and Bella, who were always warm, welcoming, and helpful with every question I had. About a month before our wedding, they introduced me to Katie, who stepped in to help finalize the details and coordinate everything for the big day. She was absolutely phenomenal — I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

On our wedding day, our guests were warmly greeted by the incredible team, and we were beyond impressed by the service provided by Jaelyn, Sean, Jackson, and Mylee — they were the best! Our bartenders, Brynn, Amelia, and Jaydee, were outstanding and kept the energy high all night. The kitchen staff, led by chefs Richard and Andrew, delivered food that our guests are still raving about. Joey, who handled setup, did an amazing job bringing our vision to life.

I’ve never hosted an event where I didn’t receive a single complaint — only praise. Since the wedding, we’ve received countless compliments on everything from the venue to the food to the friendly, attentive staff. I would book with Parc 73 again in a heartbeat, and I recommend them wholeheartedly to any couple looking for a truly unforgettable wedding experience.

Thank you Bella and staff for a beautiful experience! My son got married here and we also had the rehearsal dinner here. Bella helped keep our stress level low by allowing us to focus on bride and groom. Also, the food is wonderful!

Absolutely love this venue and it’s staff! They made everything leading up to the wedding day so easy and smooth! Bella was our coordinator and she made our wedding day so easy! I’d recommend Parc 73 to anybody and everybody!!

Thank you Parc 73 for my Daughter’s Perfect Wedding Day. Everything my daughter envision came true. As the sun was setting, the Bride and Groom exchanged their wedding vows in the outdoor pavilion under a huge Oak Tree which was truly a beautiful moment. The party followed in the indoor reception center where we ate, drank and danced the night away. Our family and friends raved about the food as it was absolutely delicious. Everything went as planned, and we would like to thank our Parc 73 Wedding Coordinators (Katie & Katelynne). We sent numerous emails with questions, and they always responded quickly and kindly.

Six weeks before the wedding, we worked with Katie on all of the wedding day details (e.g. floor plan, table cloth color, centerpieces, etc.) which were all provided by Parc 73. During our Rehearsal, Katie organized the wedding party and coordinated several dry-runs to ensure everything would go smoothly on the “Big Day”.

Some of my favorite things about Parc 73:

- The location is wonderful and easy to find. Only 5 minutes from I-10.
- There is plenty of paved parking in a safe well-lit location.
- There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating in a park-like setting.

Very professional in their work. Did an amazing job making our special day happen. Great food and staff. Would recommend!

The venue looks nice in the outside ceremony area and in the inside reception area and the food was good. However, some of the staff members were very unprofessional. An employee kindly placed my friends purse behind the bar so she could go dance; however, a different employee rudely scolded my wife for asking the employee to place the purse behind the bar and demanded that she go get the purse because she was breaking the rules by placing her personal item behind the bar. The employee should have been professional and asked in a respectful way. My wife was upset and told her that she should not be rude with the guests but the employee refused to acknowledge that she was rude and refused to apologize. My wife then spoke with two managers who talked to my wife in a condescending manner. One of the managers told my wife that they listened to the incident on the security footage and that the employee did nothing wrong and Katelynne eventually gave a half hearted apology. There was loud music playing and many people talking loudly so we found this explanation hard to believe. Subsequently one of the groomsmen gave me a beer and then one of the managers Katelynne angrily snatched a beer from my hand and threw it in the trash which appeared to be a way to retaliate against my wife. Even though the wedding didn’t include served alcohol there were several other guests drinking openly and they were not treated like that.

Katie & Cindy took very good care of me. They called and checked on me throughout the day. They made sure my guest were taken care of, everything was amazing and they made my special day the most happiest day of my life. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!
