Everytime we go to this PJ'S and get anything that isn't a granita they mess up the order horribly. The workers are always nice, but they just cant seem to make a coffee properly. Oh and on top of that, the last time I went they gave me my cup that was barely halfway filled. Go to literally any other coffee shop in the area and your better off then wasting your time and money here unless you just want a granita.

I used to really enjoy this location but the last few times I’ve ordered a large matcha drink, I’ve received the drink its missing more and more times of the product. I brushed the first two times off but today, the drink I received was offensive.

First impressions are everything and this Prairieville location was very disappointing. I've had great experiences at the Zachary, Gonzales, Hwy.73, and even Natchez locations which is why I frequent them. I inquired about the chocolate chip espresso muffin I had in Gonzales and was told they don't sell it, I said ok just give me the chocolate chip one instead. Didn't get the muffin nor did she add it to my order. My Iced Matcha was about half a cup short when I got it, and my friends ordered a slice of cake which is precut but somehow they received a slice that looked like it was shaved off a normal size slice. I won't let this deter me from frequenting the other fine locations I've been to or trying any other locations I run across, just won't be back to this one.

Went in to work (on my laptop) for the afternoon. Was helped by the staff and after they mentioned the free refills for brewed coffees and teas, I knew I had to accept the offer. First I tried the cold brew mocha and then for the refill I asked for the green tea mojito. They are both good.
For anyone wanting to do work, their internet speeds are pretty fast. Love this. Most other places are so slow.

The ladies greeted us with smiles and even assisted in helping us to determine our flavor of coffee! My daughter ranked the beignets as an A+ along with her hot chocolate! Great service and delicious coffee!
It has been multiple occasions that the have ordered on line and get there to find out you are off of that product. I use online so can move on to work but instead have to wait until I can pick something else.This is definitely poor customer service!!! If you don’t have the product you should have in your system that it’s unavailable. This has become increasingly a problem, I like PJ’s but Starbucks service is starting to look more appealing

Placed a mobile order here and almost received a drink that was made incorrectly. When I let them know they took it back and apparently just scooped off the toppings and redid them because I still have some kind of chocolate in the drink. What if you did that to someone who has an allergy to that specific topping. Typically don't have a terrible experience here but that made me uncomfortable.

Tried a new thing and it paid off! I’m usually a CC’s girlie, but seeing the new PJ’s open just 10 mins from me gave me a great opportunity to try it. I was greeted, helped when I didn’t know how to navigate the menu, and the drinks were great! I got a granita as suggested, but i’m willing to come back to try everything else ? (Thank you to the barista Kirby for understanding my shirt too)
