WHY WOULD YOU MIX MELON IN MATCHA I cannot believe I just wasted $10 on something so gross I’ve gotten matcha lattes from almost every coffee shop in the area and this was the only one I’d deem as nasty. I thought maybe the milk they used was bad or they added cinnamon or something but melon? It’s so gross and I was so excited to try it from pjs. Everything else I’ve had is good this just bummed me out

A great morning coffee crew! The coffee is always tasty and fresh! The team gets my order right every time and always ensures I have the utensils, condiments, and napkins included. I’m gluten free so I appreciate the care given to ensure my order is not cross contaminated. The young man who works the drive thru is especially kind and friendly. If my dogs come along they always get a great pup cup!

Absolute worst location of PJs we’ve been to. Two cars in front us in drive thru and noticed the employee was taking the orders for a second time at the pickup window. Waited in line close to 30 minutes after car in front of us received 2 drinks, 2 bakery items, and a bottled water. Pulled up to window and waited another 5 minutes without any employee coming to take our payment. Pulled off without getting anything we ordered, luckily we hadn’t paid. Have had prior issues at this location but convenience to work and home always had me always giving another chance. Today was the last straw, won’t be back to this location.

Everytime we go to this PJ'S and get anything that isn't a granita they mess up the order horribly. The workers are always nice, but they just cant seem to make a coffee properly. Oh and on top of that, the last time I went they gave me my cup that was barely halfway filled. Go to literally any other coffee shop in the area and your better off then wasting your time and money here unless you just want a granita.

I used to really enjoy this location but the last few times I’ve ordered a large matcha drink, I’ve received the drink its missing more and more times of the product. I brushed the first two times off but today, the drink I received was offensive.

First impressions are everything and this Prairieville location was very disappointing. I've had great experiences at the Zachary, Gonzales, Hwy.73, and even Natchez locations which is why I frequent them. I inquired about the chocolate chip espresso muffin I had in Gonzales and was told they don't sell it, I said ok just give me the chocolate chip one instead. Didn't get the muffin nor did she add it to my order. My Iced Matcha was about half a cup short when I got it, and my friends ordered a slice of cake which is precut but somehow they received a slice that looked like it was shaved off a normal size slice. I won't let this deter me from frequenting the other fine locations I've been to or trying any other locations I run across, just won't be back to this one.

Went in to work (on my laptop) for the afternoon. Was helped by the staff and after they mentioned the free refills for brewed coffees and teas, I knew I had to accept the offer. First I tried the cold brew mocha and then for the refill I asked for the green tea mojito. They are both good.
For anyone wanting to do work, their internet speeds are pretty fast. Love this. Most other places are so slow.
