Sammy's Grill was great place to eat for lunch on a Sunday when we met our 3 friends from Reserve, LA. WE will really miss going there now that it is closed.

We loved Sammy's. My favorite thing was the fried eggplant with the seafood sauce on top of it. Such a shame that they closed all of them down. I hope they get it together and open something similar back up.

Fried fish & shrimp & fries were good. Bloody Marys were good. Ladies room had no hand towels. I told them 3 times before anyone acted like they would tend to it. Then we left.

I would give no Stars if it were an option! On December 9th I ordered a ham & a Turkey for Sunday, Dec 29th for my large family's Christmas Celebration Dinner. My pick up time was 1pm at the Prairieville restaurant confirmed via email.

We had our order taken about 15 - 20 minutes after arriving. About an hour later we were told by our waitress that she had just checked on our order and it should be out shortly. Another half an hour went by and still no food. We went up front to check with the manager as our waitress was nowhere in sight. Apparently the kitchen never got the order even though our waitress supposedly checked and said it was almost out.

Unfortunately we went after a holiday and a lot of the menu items were out. I ate a dish I really didn't want. However the service was excellent and the facility was very nice.

Had the buffalo chicken caesar salad special and it was so good! I haven't been to Sammy's in a while but I was pleased with my food tonight and the service.

We have been here many times, and not once have we been disappointed. The service is great! The food is good also. There are a variety of items available on the menu. This is one of my favorite places to go out and eat crawfish when it's in season.
