Service took a really long time. Ordered a RT44 limeade but ended up with a 7UP with a single slice of lemon. Burger was lukewarm and my large tot was more like a small.

The worst sonic in Ascension parish. I had stopped going to this location for awhile because the service was unacceptable. But today I decided to stop. And without a doubt. Service still poor.

So, I ordered breakfast sausage, egg, & cheese baritto, double stack burger, Fredo chilli cheese rap. The food was cold and gave me food poisoning. They got my complete order wrong. I told them no tomatoes cause I was allergic. They took my tomato off my burger and put it in my wife's sausage egg and cheese burrito 🌯. Such a very disrespectful thing to do. All this happened around 9pm last night. I will never eat here again.

I came here multiple time and every time my order takes forever, today I only had 2 drinks, came park,press button first person was a male,told them my order he said be right out,then I waited for 15 or more mins and press the button again just to be ask what I wanted to order,I replied a guy said nearly 20 mins ago my order was coming out, then10 mins later a female came out and asked me what’s my order again? I waited another 10 mins and left total of nearly 40 mins for nothing

I have never received an order that was 100% correct. Something is always missing. Today, I received 1 marinara packet, even though the receipt reflects I ordered 4 more. And the food was luke warm when it came out because they didn't realize the order had been finished and was ready to bring out.

This is the slowest most unorganized sonic around. Ordering takes forever. I can go to a full service restaurant and get food faster. DO NOT GO HERE. You will be disappointed.

The only reason I gave it 1 star is because you have to give it something. This the first time in a long time that I stopped here but it won’t ever happen again.
I pulled in just to get a 44oz Dr Pepper. It took them 30 minutes to just take my order another 30 to bring it. Then it was NOT a Dr Pepper. I had to get out of my car and go to the front to get someone to fix the drink. I pushed the button twice but no one answered. The kid that had brought the drink to me met me out front and said he would fix it. He went inside and came back out with the same drink. So I am pulling out and tasting the drink, still a coke. Guy says isn’t that what you wanted? I said no I want a freaking Dr Pepper. So he goes back in comes out and says don’t shot the messenger but we are out of Dr Pepper and all this time I have sat here you never had Dr Pepper to begin with. So he offers me anything else, I said no I want my money back. He said there is nothing you want, so I said okay bring me a lemon berry slush. He goes inside a returns with the same cup, “Look I managed to get you the has bit of Dr.Pepper.” I doubt that I’m sure they all took turns spitting in it. I was at this Sonic for 2 hours for 1 Dr Pepper. I drove off and poured out the drink what ever it was.
I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS SONIC EVER AGAIN. All over a $2.03 drink.
I wish I would have taken pictures but it was just a drink.

Absolutely disgusting.

This was hands down the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had, and that’s saying something. Sonic Drive-In should be ashamed of what they served us—and I use the word “served” loosely because that implies service actually happened.

We waited in the drive-thru line for nearly 25 minutes. For what? Cold, stale disappointment. The food was practically fossilized by the time we got it. Burgers? Lukewarm and soggy. Fries? Limp, like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp since breakfast. But the true crime against humanity? The mozzarella sticks.

No. Cheese. In. Them.

Let me say that again louder for the people in the back: THEY SERVED US HOLLOW MOZZARELLA STICKS. Just empty, greasy shells. It was like biting into crunchy air—crunchy, sad air. Who knew mozzarella sticks could be a metaphor for broken expectations?

It was like Sonic took a look at their menu and thought, “How can we ruin every single item in one go?” Mission accomplished. I wouldn't feed this to a raccoon. I’ve had gas station hot dogs with more dignity than this meal.

Save yourself. Go anywhere else. This Sonic is a disgrace to fast food.
