It doesn’t matter what day or time of day this is place is open, they are terribly every time. You wait 5-10 minutes for them to answer the red button. Then wait 30 minutes for two hamburgers to get made. I go here because it’s convenient being next to the house. But I might as well go to the one on airline or just take my business somewhere else. And from reading the reviews, it doesn’t sound like they are even trying to get better.

I honestly don't know why I keep expecting to come here and get food in exchange for money. At least this time they answered the speaker and took my order. that's rare. the food was inedible, but at least I got to give them money this time.

It more than 20 minutes to take my order. The red button timed out once and was close the second time. Then they left my order on the counter for 10 minutes before delivering.

I’m honestly impressed by this sonic. I visit home once every 3 years, and this sonic has consistently been absolutely disgusting every single time I come here. It amazes me. I got a cold brew coffee and there was burger grease and carbonated water in my cold brew coffee, I could not understand for the life of me. I had already left and took my first sip in my driveway.. Their drinks taste like mildew as well. Nasty sonic. Very nasty.

Terrible service today. Pushed the button and waited for twenty minutes, nobody ever came on to take our order. Several of the ordering spots are broken and they can’t even take the orders of the ones that work? Someone needs to be replaced with a person who can actually do their job over there.

I just left sonic on hwy 42 again. It doesn't matter what time of the day I go the food is always cold. It's 11 am come on. The groovy fries were hard and cold and the double cheese burger was half done. Disgusting. The servicer are really nice and polite the food is just bad. Today was the last time for me!

Burgers were typical Sonic. The only "complaint" is that they have the worst Sonic Ice here.
This location is the worst Sonic I've ever been to. I understand things/life happens so I have tried numerous times to give this location a chance and every time it is a horrible experience! You can 100% expect to get rude service and bad attitudes from at least one particular staff member when you ask them to fix their mistakes! I have waited over a hour for food at this location only for it to come out wrong, I have gotten shakes and blast that were only filled half way up the cup and have literally gotten blast that had NO toppings in it! But the worst part is the rude staff! This evenings experience was the last straw for me and I will not be going back! Tonight my husband and I went to get dinner here and my husbands southwest fries did not have queso or ranch on them and my burger was horribly overcooked and not even a dab of sauce on my smasher burger. Needless to say, very dry food without the sauce that they are suppose to come with. The kicker is, when my husband asked for more sauce through the speaker, the car hop came out and said "sorry we are out of salt", after explaining that we wanted "sauce" not "salt" the guy apologized and said he would bring sauce right out. Another lady brought the sauce , this lady was extremely rude, she started off giving us a really shitty look through the windshield while she was walking up to our truck and then even after she essentially threw the sauce into my husbands hand, my husband said "thank you" to her and she completely ignored him and walked off. I know she did it 100% on purpose because she delivered the food to the car next to us and spoke to them nicely, so this is not a issue of her being hard of hearing or anything. When I tried to get her attention again to bring this up to her, she again completely ignored me and walked back into the kitchen. I do not know this lady's name as she did not have a name tag on, but she was a older, a little heavy white lady with glasses, a ponytail and a purple and black polo shirt on. This woman was unnecessarily rude. That lady needs to be fired because her overall attitude towards having to fix THEIR mistake is ridiculous!! This location needs to be shut down or needs a serious management overhaul. I do not know how it is still in business considering the reviews on google/yelp and even the numerous negative post and comments from locals on Facebook. Hopefully the owner does something about this.
