Management needs to be managed and need some real serious training for welcoming customers and respecting us

The lady in the front desk needs training. Zero customer service skills. This is the first time and last time I buy from this location.

When you sell and we buy and pay our money we need to get respect in return for buying from you

Tomato looks old and tomato size is too small comparing to other subway branches and chains

Needs real help this location by all means

When customers pay you and give you their money, at least show some respect to the buyers who pays you and give you their money.

If there was ZERO rating I would be more than glad and happy to give that.

They keep the temperature in the store at 80 degrees in summer time.

I have been frequenting this location for a while now. This branch recently had issues with several things, which have been addressed by the management. The Indian workers that have been manning the weekday lunch shifts have been doing a great job. I expect the service to continue to improve. Thanks!

This place a crapshow. Not only does the place look disgusting. But the fact that you have to stand in line and then they take care of 5 online orders that come in after you, while you wait 30 minutes to even be acknowledged is ridiculous. Take care of your clients that are in store first or hire someone just for online orders. And cleaning. The ceiling and walls look like a house that’s been smoked in since the 70s. Also the most unfresh tasting location I’ve been to

I bought a nearly empty "mayo sandwich" today. I don't think I've ever really had a negative experience at subway compared to these other places. But today was definitely an experience. The girl working today was lovely, but the boy with the glasses made my sandwich + my fiamces and he will never be making another one of mine again if I decide to return to this location. I ordered Herb& Cheese 6" with teriyaki, provolone, LIGHT MAYO spinach, tomato, and cucumber. At the end I even asked him to ADD lettuce because my sandwich looked so empty :( and he covered my sandwich in mayo :(I give it the benefit of the doubt, it's the same ingredients, just less. So I don't ask him to waste and remake a whole sandwich. But Nope. My sandwich just taste like warm mayo on cheesey bread. The total order was $33 and the only one of us that are Satisfied is the sandwich that the girl made for my roommate.

Over 30+ years of eating Subway and at one point eating twice per week, my sub ordered online 3/14/24 was the worst sandwich I have ever been served. It wasn’t toasted, sloppy, and poorly put together. I ordered and picked up within 15 minutes, it was already soggy when I got home about 5-8 minutes from the restaurant. Instructions were not followed, I requested less mustard (one line), the person making the sub must really like mustard because it was drenched in mustard, definitely wasn’t toasted… give the customer what they are paying for!

STALE BREAD. With how insanely expensive Subway has gotten (>$20 for two plain turkey footlongs), you’d think they’d at least be able to afford to give you fresh bread. Apparently not — and this franchise is clearly ignoring corporate policy of throwing out yesterday’s bread by 10-11am. My lunch break is at 1:30 — and they served me nasty, disgustingly dry stale bread. I know how fast bread stales, I used to work at Subway — that means the bread is from yesterday, and probably >18 hours old. That’s unacceptable. They’ve also added some sort of cover barrier in front of the meat/cheese station to block your view of the sandwich assembly, apparently to encourage you to order a menu sandwich rather than build your own. Really stupid.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE. THE LAST TIME I ORDERED DELIVERY FROM HERE, THEY DID NOT SEND HALF OF MY ORDER THEN TOLD ME I HAD TO PICK UP ITEMS THEY FORGOT TO DELIVER. HELL NO! DOUBLE CHECK ORDERS IDIOTS, BEFORE THEY GET SENT OUT. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Would have given minus 5 on service if I could have.

Tired of getting stale bread here. They’re really bad about not following protocol of using or throwing out yesterday’s bread by 11am… Once again today, I ordered bread at 4-5 pm and it was hard and gross.

Always fresh. Prices have gone up a bit.
