When you sell and we buy and pay our money we need to get respect in return for buying from you

When customers pay you and give you their money, at least show some respect to the buyers who pays you and give you their money.
If there was ZERO rating I would be more than glad and happy to give that.
They keep the temperature in the store at 80 degrees in summer time.

Has mold growing in several walls, you can smell the mold when you walk in the building. I asked if they were going to take care of it and they said yeah they were going to wallpaper over it. I told them it was a health code violation and they didn't seem to care.
Employee barely understood me, neither one of them seemed very pleasant. Went to this location after walking out of Airline location, won't go back to either.

I hate to say this but the person who was waiting on me, seemed to have limited English speaking skills. I was trying to understand and both of us were having a difficult time. I finally did get my order done but not how I wanted due to the language problem.

I went today to pick up an order for my kids. Then decided to order additional sandwiches. My order was ready when I got there. Ziggy promptly took care of me to make the other sandwiches. Ziggy was very friendly and did a great job preparing my sandwiches. The place is very clean and some renovations are being done. The customer service is great and the food is fresh. I love the new management. They are definitely making a difference.

As another person stated on the reviews. Something is definitely wrong with the drink machine. My drink and both of my kids drinks smelled of rotten eggs. We only noticed after we thought it was coming from the rest rooms. We had sipped a few sips already when we noticed so I pray we don’t get sick. Also, they took all the seating out where no one can dine in. I would skip this subway the new owners seem extremely off and didn’t care about how the drinks smelled.

Was there today and got a dr.pepper and once i got home i tasted it and it did NIT taste right. I asked my family members to try it and they agreed that it didn’t taste right. My mother opened the lid and smelt the cup and was INSTANTLY taken back by a smell of sulfur and rotting eggs. I am sick to my stomach just knowing that this was consumed by me and some of my family members. We all don’t feel right about this so we called the store and they told us to return and get a new drink. I went there in hopes for someone to acknowledge how bad their drinks smell and taste and they refused to smell the drink or even to inspect their fountain drink machine. They never offered a refund NOR at least a trade for the price I spent on a large drink. They told us to just throw it away of I didn’t want another drink and that was that. Tomorrow I will be calling the health department and setting this straight. It’s awful that they know what they are selling is NOT good, yet they continue to sell it. A woman also heard me and my brother talking about it and she smelt her lemonade and she also said it smelt really bad so she got a different drink. I advise NOBODY gets a drink there. No matter what kind ?

doesnt seem bad at first until they started showing their true colors later on.
our old owners, Jeff and Judah, both left because they were threatened to be fired for seemingly no reason.
After they left, they were targeting our manager, which also ended up leaving after being let go for, once again, no reason.
once she left, it was our turn. I, along with the other 8 people that I were working with, were all let go + banned from ever entering the store again.
we were then replaced with a bunch of indians, who don't clock in, that work for free. they don't get paid a dime to work here. one of them is forced to work by themselves on some days, from open to close, no breaks, no overtime, nothing.
all of this is set in place to maximize profits, indians are the cheapest to hire/work with. also, I've worked with one of them, they are the messiest people i've worked with. they don't use gloves when prepping, and they'll leave food out in the back for hours and hours on end, which is a serious health issue. one of our more respectable employees reported this as it was happening (before getting fired), and nothing was done to fix it. they dont care.
definitely some shady owners, and this isnt the only store they're doing this at. Any Subway owned by Jeff are now owned by these guys.
the only thing you should gather from this info is that these people are doing some very suspicious and illegal activities, and that you shouldn't step foot in this store ever again.
Went there this afternoon, but it was closed. Had a sign at the door that read "closed until 5pm", except it was already 5.12 pm. The lights were on, we saw a person inside, but they didn't unlock the door, so we left.

Food was ordered through doordash got to the house three of the sandwiches was completely edible the bread was dry and hard not toasted. I did bring them back which was inconvenient cuz I didn't want to go get them in the first place they did remake the sandwiches and they were
