Taco Bell is my absolute favorite fast food chain. Subsequently, I've been to many a Taco Bell. This particular location remains my favorite. Maybe I am a little biased because this is my "hometown Taco Bell" -- my parents live right down the street -- but I can always expect my order to be correct, fast, and tasty when I order from here, and the people are always friendly.

Mexican Pizza had an extremely bad aftertaste of burnt old grease. The replacement chicken quesadilla had little chicken and was drenched in sauce. Pretty sure protocols are not being followed. The staff was friendly, thankfully.

I have never been treated so poorly at a fast food establishment. The team working tonight showed zero professionalism or concern for customers. After sitting in a drive through for 20 minutes, I was told at the speaker that unless I was picking up for Door Dash, my order would not be taken. After explaining that I waited for 20 minutes (6+ cars behind me), she told me that the team had not had a break since 4pm and customers would need to wait so the team could "break the line down." After waiting another 10 minutes, I pulled to the window and asked when I could place my order. The woman asked if I understood that she was a human being and that she hadn't had a break since 4pm (this was 10:45pm). My wife was in the car and explained that as a general manager of a quick service restaurant herself, she understood the workload but said there should be a sign posted on the speaker to let customers know that orders are not being taken. The woman asked we understood that they hadn't had a break and closed the drive thru window in our face. Another woman came to the window and apologized but only offered for us to wait longer if we wanted to order. There is really no excuse for treating customers this way, especially those that have waited patiently for service... and arrived more than 1 hour before the restaurant's closing time.

I've been in other taco bells and ordered the same, and it isn't the same. The flavor, the wrapping, and friendliness, not comparable to this location, will travel a long distance to this location, highly recommended.

Trash. Couldn’t even have the breakfast menu up, then just had pure attitude and wanted it to be known. You work in fast food, obviously don’t have drive for anything else so I would work on your customer service

Cashier Amber was rude along with the other workers they had really bad attitude..not friendly at all looked like they were miserable or upset about something everything I kept asking for she kept saying she's out of so then I said just give me what ever sauce u have.. and as for the drinks also I couldn't hear or understand her clearly from the intercoms drive way.

As a man who's driven professionally, I'm very familiar with fast food establishments. This has been one of the cleanest, fastest Taco Bell I've ever been to. Food was accurate and not over cooked. Excellent job!
Last time I went they were closed without giving reason even though they were in open hours then this time we went they were closed again and we asked we thought you close at midnight and they said we only have 2 people in there and drove off it’s getting ridiculous ?
