I went here for lunch and was disappointed I ordered the # 2 combo it came with pastalaya, white beans and gumbo the pastalaya had 1 hole chicken thigh and 2 pieces of sausage and the gumbo had the roux and a chicken thigh that's it nothing else in it. . I was disappointed!!!

Fool me three times and I am done. Food is fair at best if you are lucky. No consistency in food taste or quality. Customer service is usually dreadful but today the menu board says one price but cashier says it’s more. When I asked what the difference I was told price increased on the first of the month but they haven’t updated the menu boards. And quote “nothing they can do about it”. I just warn the rest of the customers, find another store for your jambalaya, I know I will.

I recently got the Monday special "Red Bean & Rice" with a "link of sausage". It was not a grilled link of sausage. They were cut up and put in with the beans. The sausage was grayish in color like it was boiled with the beans. Flavor was ok. I had to add seasoning and the sausage was meh. I love their jambalaya though!

I didn't know The Dead Sea lived in your pastalya. I don't know how much more salt you can use. Your boudin... I'll skip on that. Do you put sugar in your potato salad? Ya'll need to take a seat. Retire.

Placed an order online (roughly $40). Upon arrival, was told to show a receipt as they didn't see an order placed. Presented the receipt several times, as the young man kept asking if I placed it at the wrong location, which I did not. The receipt confirmed it. Presented the receipt to the woman, who confirmed it. Guy comes out and again states that I ordered it at the wrong location, but the woman corrected him.Finally, they began preparing my order and eventually handed me it. Suspicious of their intellect, I checked my order to see if everything had been given... and no, the order was incorrect, as expected. Had to wait again for them to give me the most of the missing items. Didn't get the proper sides, but at this point I gave up and left.Given this awful experience, my nephew and I will not be returning to this specific location. The employees are better off sniffing paint than dealing in customer service. How do you mess up an order that is literally written out for you? I suppose anyone can find employment these days.I would be more understanding if it was busy, but it wasn't at all. Aside mine, they had only one other order to take care of.Do better. It is not a difficult job.

Food had no seasoning. It literally was gravy, soaked spaghetti with sausage and chicken. They have a big old sign outside that says that they have seafood went inside. They had no seafood the cashier rudely told us we don’t have any seafood or we have is chicken and sausage when asked well why does your menu show that you have seafood options he replied we just don’t have it right now was extremely expensive to eat spaghetti with gravy Definitely will not come back here again there’s nothing authentic about the food whatsoever huge waste of money

The two teenagers that were working don’t know how to do their job. Food was cold and asked to have it heated up.

I had a catering order. Well, when I got there, the order wasn't ready and then when I got to the party; of which the food was being served, I opened the salad container and it was brown. As in very old greens. I was very embarrassed to see this quality of food. Because, the price of their food is not cheap.
