Lack of Customer Service. Drive thru employees seemed like it disrupted their day to have to answer. Demeanor was horrible and lets not mention volume of their voice. Does not speak to patrons at all once arrived to the qindow because they were talking amongst each other about other employees. Hey, at least i didnt have to pull around to the door to wait this time which was unusual for this location so instead of 1 star, ill give 3 for that. Lol

I like this place. No KIOSK ordering required. Just step up to the cash register, give them your order and pay your money. The Texas double whopper is my favorite. The jalapenos are just hot enough.

The person that made our order was polite. My food personally was not fresh though, and I didn't get my fries with the order. It was not a terrible visit, but not great either.

This location never disappoints. I VERY rarely have an issue with my food like onions when I didn’t want any. It’s never an issue I couldn’t fix myself in two seconds. The rare occasion I am missing an item they are nice about it and get you fixed right away. The staff at this location treat you like family and are the nicest around.

My fish was really cold. So I brought it back inside. The ladies in were really rude. They was just gonna pop my sandwich in the microwave to see if I would notice the difference. Until I told them I could hear them . The look on there faces. And to think we was gonna give them a nice really nice tip. The only tip I would like to give them. Is you in the wrong type of business baboo.

Pull completely around the other side the building, then get forgotten about for 20 minutes, then short changed on my refund. Incompetent staff and burger flipper walks out into dining area vaping! NEVER AGAIN!

Noticed that the place is considered a 24 hour place and doesn’t sell burgers past 1AM. Around 2-3 AM I went to this exact store and was told “sorry we don’t have any burgers at this time only fried products”. This has happened multiple times. I don’t know who y’all hire there but I’m getting sick of being told the same thing by the same what sounds to be lazy employee.

If I could give less stars i would. This is the ONLY location that never has biscuits. When you place your order they said no mam out of biscuits, or rarely they said we have 1 how many you need? I have several recordings of them being out of biscuits some as early as 630am
