Had out annual Fraternal of Eagles Crawfish Boil 2024 yesterday and Kyle once again sent us the best and biggest crawfish ever !!!! We said that last year also ??? Seriously, the crawfish were huge and beautiful…. So many comments from everyone on how big the crawfish were. Once again I will say Kyle is the ONLY place to get crawfish !!!!
We are in Ohio and picked ours up at the airport this year instead of delivered to the house which was so easy !!! Thank you Kyle ❤️❤️❤️❤️ It was a beautiful day and the crawfish were AMAZING !!!!!

Three years ago I have ordered from this place and the crawfish were good. I did got some jumbo mix with select although I paid for the jumbo. The order was 50% jumbo the rest was Field run. This time I ordered the same thing jumbo all I got was maybe 5% jumbo The rest was field run and on top of that a lot of the crawfish were dead. I called left messages. They never returned the call.I will never order from this place again.

Horrible customer service. Called over the phone for seafood and got told “to go somewhere else, nah leave me alone bye!”

Rip off. Most of the crawfish arrived dead, approximately 70 to 75%. I called and the guy who answered was a jerk and just wanted to debate if they were dead. He would not accept that they were and told me to cook them anyway. I don’t cook dead crawfish. That is why I order LIVE Crawfish. See photo. The fine print says they consider 30% dead to be acceptable, but he would not acknowledge any issue or refund any money. One problem is that these crawfish are shipped in a cardboard box, not the Styrofoam container, that every other company uses that I have ordered from in the past. On top of all this, the Crawfish were SMALL field, run, not the “Extra Large“ that were advertised, and that I paid for. AND, these are priced higher than the competitors with the high shipping rates charged. I order crawfish seven or eight times a season. First and last time for this company. I will go back to Cajun Grocer and Louisiana Crawfish where are almost all arrive alive, they are cheaper, and the people are NICE.

We ordered 30 lbs two weeks ago and have yet to receive them. When I called to ask about our order, he acted very intoxicated, swore at me, and hung up the phone when I asked why he was yelling and treating me that way.We have ordered from him in the past with no problem. The product is top-notch. However, you can’t treat people that way. We have found another supplier.

Ordered crawfish for our birthday cookout. Quality, price, and size was amazing. They were fresh, pretty clean,and ready to go. Shipping was easy and not bad. Kyle checked in and confirmed the airport. I will definitely be buying from them again!

For the past 2 years I've been going to my brother's house in Colorado to get in some skiing. My boy Kyle been taking care of me. I put in the order with no problems. Mr. LeBlanc gets them to Louis Armstrong International, where they need to be. The next day, I pick'em up from Denver International and we eat'n good. Never dead, never skimpy, never full of mud, and easy to purge! Looking forward to my next trip

If you want MONSTER and I mean MONSTER crawfish look no further. Best experience. Kyle answered the phone every time I called. Ordered 100 lbs on Wednesday, he shipped Thurs and they were here in North Carolina on Friday. Actually received a few pounds extra when I weighed them. Awesome surprise. Price is good and shipping to airport saved me 200$ vs door to door. Once they arrived I called him about storage for boil next day. Went to VM. And then...3 minutes later he called back..yes he called back. I hadn't even left a voicemail.. Awesome customer service. He told me what to do and gave me a couple more tips. Everybody at my boil was amazed at the size of crawfish and couldn't believe they even got that big. And there were some Louisiana natives there too who hadn't seen any that big. Absolute units. Due to weather only half of guests showed up so I had 50lbs left over. I was worried I wasted half the crawfish, but I crossed my fingers and went ahead and followed Kyle's instructions once more. Next day there were about 20 that didn't make it. Just 20. 4 days after being shipped!! I was ecstatic and we boiled the last 50lbs and had another feast. Look no further. Not sure why people are leaving negative reviews about size, weight etc. My experience was completely opposite. The pics I took were from second day boil (was drinking first day and didn't cross my mind) and after we had already ate a bunch of monsters. They really are JUMBO!! Put a crawfish i had from my local.grocery store next to Kyles Jumbo for size reference. These were mini lobster. Kyle is money dood!

Just ordered 100lbs from Kyle. I have ordered from Lacrawfish.com the last 8 years. Kyle’s quality of crawfish blew them out of the water and the price was even nicer. No field run in the bunch. Even better was hearing Mrs Donna on the phone. Loved hearing that accent!!
