Not really the best McDonalds around. Some of the staff are pretty rude and don’t really seem to care about the customers. The drink machines are ALWAYS messed up or out of ice. The sandwiches always come out looking like a 2 year old made them. The kids area is always dirty and the ceiling is falling/wet/moldy. The drive through sign is broken so you can’t even see what’s on the menu while ordering.

I’ve just had the worst experience with this mc Donald’s. First the cashier screwed up the intercoms and was only moving one line. Then I pull up to get my food and these people losing their shit saying they don’t have my order. I literally have the receipt how do they not have my food??? And what did they expect from me? Just to leave? I gave them my receipt and they finally prepared my food. They didn’t say a thing, no napkins, no sauce. The manager on duty seems just as dumb founded as his staff. Please retrain 🙏

EVERYTIME I order after 3pm, the last 4 nights have been a nightmare.everything is wrong, burgers dressed wrong order 10pc nuggets got a ten piece box with FOUR nuggets, spent the upcharge for 3pcs of bacon on 2 burgers got ONE crumble, big Mac one burger meat dressed on 3 bottom buns.... What's going on here 46 dollars worth of an order and it's not barely 16 dollars worth of food in the bag....

Over the past few months this location has became horrible. Morning staff is normally great but afternoons, just avoid. You’ll have people who hate their job and have the worst customer service dealing with the public it’s comical. Rather they are young or old they will harass a customer because they can’t fill an order correctly. I guess if someone wants good content you’ll find funny Karens acting like a fool. Otherwise just drive to another location because this one is only open because of the lack of options in the area. It’s amazing people agree to a job they choose and hate it so much.

If I could give zero stars I would. Very poor service. After repeatedly asked to make sure all condiments were in bag and made sure order was correct of course it wasn’t. I was missing part of my order and no condiments not even napkins. Seriously to go back and get question if I even ordered from this location even when provided the code for the order seriously
