Horrible. Ever since new management signs went up things went downhill FAST. There are afternoons hours before they close they turn off app ordering. We even went by and no one answered the speaker but we saw people inside and there were cars there. This has happened multiple times recently. Then getting all of your food is almost impossible. Every single time we get a pretzel or cheese sticks that come with the sauce. It’s never there. But trying to get their attention to get it is impossible. This isn’t a one off thing it’s every single time. Last time I went two workers were sitting by the door inside vaping while I waited over 30 minutes for my food. All while one girl ran around. My toddlers could do better frankly.

So the food is always average at best BUT the service is terrible and all the stalls say order ahead. You’re forced to use the drive through instead of park at a stall. Multiple times you are told to go through the drive through. Service is terrible and slow. Food items are constantly missing and not even warm.

Worst sonic by far. First off my order from the drive through was $34.01 and when I went on the app and ordered the same thing and it on the app was $28.85. Then i got my food it was all cold, and the fries taste like old grease. Every time I go its always a negative experience

The last 3 times I visited Sonic in Raceland. No ice cream. This last time. 10/25 8pm I waited 30 minutes and NO ONE took my order. The 4 cars behind me left and I followed suit. Not going back.

everytime i go there. they tell me to plz wait and i sit there literally 5mins. go to the window they give wrong order then i have to wait 6 more mins to get my order. its ridiculous. they need more peopke or different peopke on window cause i came in morning got all the way to work cause once again had to wait and wait and wait and got to work had wrong order i call up there and they put manager on and i tell i got wrong order and she says what would you like me to do. i said i want my miney bck i said that but its the way she said it snobby. but i got on apo and told them and they fixed it. thanks app people. but i will noy be going bck no more to this location.

Sonic is known for their ice cream and today I went to get some and was told they were out of ice cream. I have never been so disappointed in a sonic. It’s not the first time either. Also the guy on the other end of the speaker could not hear apparently when we were ordering and couldn’t for the life of him take the order of the other items we wanted. So we just canceled our order and left.

Ordered a drink and the cup was barely filled half way. Stayed on the phone on hold for over 11 minutes listening to employees curse and try to explain why multiple orders were made incorrectly. The lady came back on the phone and told me I’d have to go back to Sonic in order to cancel the drink off of my order. I told her Sonic is out of my way and then she hung up on me. Very unprofessional behavior! This was not our 1st bad experience at Sonic, but it will be our last!
