Need to train staff on how to respond to a customer when they are showing a receipt for an order. Not telling the customer there is nothing they can do and they cannot be refunded or that the customer needs to stop with the attitude bc it is pissing them off.

My sandwich is cold !!! My cheese is not melted and my bread is hard and crusty . I don’t think they heated any part of it at all!!! I just hope my meat isn’t raw and I don’t get sick!!! This is absolutely not okay !!

I placed a last minute catering order online for a friend whose father passed. I was over an hour away but wanted to send food. I called the location and spoke with Toya. She was so sweet and helpful, she was able to get my order ready sooner than the time allowed online and get everything taken care of for my friend to pick up for her family to have food when people were coming over to pay their respects. I can't thank Toya enough for taking time out to help me put a smile on my friend's face in this hard time. Thanks so much, Toya!

This is the best place to eat I love the employees they very nice and love to have fun it has this one lady that work there with blue eyes she is so nice and funny and always smiling she makes the orders very fast and she is very respectful keep up the good work ma’am❤️

I enjoyed a 6 inch black forrest ham sandwich on wheat bread toasted with lettuce and bell peppers on it, yes it was good, with a bag of oven baked potato chips to eat with that and a cup of sprite to drink…and the girl who was working was fast and courteous.

Got here with the store still having a little more than an hour till close. Only bread choice was white or wheat (till tomorrow) no avocado (frozen till tomorrow) no cookies, tea, or diet coke (till tomorrow). Didn't realize a business just begins to shut down & not have SO many items with still so much time left for business! Very disappointing service.
