My family and I went tonight only 4 of us. I'm currently having to use a knee scooter due to an injury so my husband nicely asked if we could be seated where I wouldn't get accidently bumped. I'm guessing that isn't allowed bc the hostess threw the menus and silverware on the table and placed us directly in the path of traffic. We sat and were ignored by all waitstaff. The hostess's and waitresses kept going back and forth whispering and passing our table and going to other tables seated behind us. I am not sure why we were treated like this but reading other reviews we aren't the only ones. We wanted to try the new location because the other one was great with good food and local but not again. I'll be gladly bypass this restaurant and drive to elsewhere to eat.

We went last friday..We were nine of us..Some ordered baked potatoes with crawfish etouffee with only juice..Seventeen dollars for baked potatoes with only juice.I ordered the blackened shrimp pasta with salad got my salad after my meal..Husband ordered a hamburger steak he said was well done and dry..First time complaining.Went to the first one all the time and always satisfied..We said we're not going back anytime soon..Give yall time to get the kints out.The prices went up but the plates looks smaller..

Had looked foward to going for awhile . It was ABSOLUTELY a big disappointment !!! We had 6 in our group. The service was horrible. No refills on drinks , plates from appetizer piled up . 4 of our group orederd Ribeyes .Not 1 of them was cooked rite ( basically all raw ) . So all was sent back . And then after the steaks . The salads finally came after we asked for them . And they was out of Baked Potatoes ( almost 2hrs before closing ) Should have still had BP . Anyway awful experience all around . We was so ready to get out there 😩 ..And then had the drive back home . I have been in restaurant work for years . And I know there is mess up . But EVERYTHING was so organized & awful .Service , Food horrible

It was a horrible experience. My steak wasn’t cooked right. None of the steaks were cooked right. My baked potato was cold. It was so loud in there. They didn’t have enough baked potatoes for all the steaks we ordered. We had to ask for our salad no refills on our drinks. Needless to say, I will not be back .

My wife and I have eaten at T Doug’s multiple times. Most of them was at his first establishment Which was very good. His new establishment surprise me. The food was Very good, the waitresses were friendly and knowledgeable. I am looking forward to going listen to the band After eating a good meal. He puts a lot of restaurants to shame in many big cities.

Subtracted a star because the Peach Cobbler was highly disappointing. Burger was amazing.

My family (wife, son, granddaughter, and grandsons) ate there last night. Extremely disappointed. They advertise Cajun Cuisine. My wife, granddaughter and I had the Atchafalaya dinner. It was made with Swai fish that is native to the Mekong River. It should have been Catfish - unimpressive and tasteless. One boy had chicken fried steak; it was mediocre. One boy had an over-cooked hamburger, and my son had a chopped steak - it was dark and greasy. If I were a Cajun, I would be insulted by the use of the term describing their food. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. Nice waitress.

Love this place! Great atmosphere (new building), sweet service and delicious food. The grilled shrimp poboy was perfect- love their bread and they put on plenty of shrimp.

Beautiful restaurant but service was lacking, waitress on her phone. Ordered $14 Catfish Po-Boy, came with one piece of fish. 3 to 1 ratio bread to fish. Sad cause it looked delicious.

Visited T Dougs tonight . Upon entering the restaurant at 7.10 pm we got the death stare from the employees looking at us . Didn't understand why until we realized later they close at 8pm. The Food was a bit overpriced for the Portion sizes however it did come out hot and fresh and had decent flavor. Our waitress was very annoyed and made it very obvious she was ready to go home . She spent most of her time as well as the other servers hanging out at the bar talking. If you decide to try T Dougs and want decent service with out the Pissy attitudes Don't go an Hour before closing!

1st time we've been. One of the best filets we've had, certainly in the SWLA area. Vegetables were awesome, well seasoned. Service was on point!

Definitely will be one of our go to's on a Friday or Saturday night!!
