Everything was fantastic! The owner and staff were so friendly and welcoming. The three in our group all loved the food and the atmosphere. So grateful to have found Chef Roy’s during our stay in town! Highly recommend!

This was the best food we had in Louisiana it's well worth coming a couple of blocks off the highway to this large restaurant with a huge parking lot we even had a trailer we were able to come around back and park on the sideParking: Huge parking lot and we were able to bring a large trailer and truck around back and park on the side

Just passing through 2024: stopped here on our way to MS for a few days. The reviews were great so why not? They open at 11am for three hours then open back up again for dinner. If you're there at 10:50 the parking lot is empty but I encourage you to stay put because at 11:05 the parking lot was full. We shared the Chef Roy platter which consisted of oysters, redfish, stuffed shrimp, red pepper shrimp and crab cake with etoufee over rice. We also had the eggplant fries. It was almost too much but we managed. The staff manages the crowd with class and humor. Great find. Don't miss if you're in Rayne LA

Took me way to long to actually try this restaurant. It is pretty pricey but well worth it, especially for the lunch menu. The white crab lake was well worth its price, I ordered a spare set of sweet potato fries, and though they were good, they were extremely skinny. The bread pudding was top tier.

The service and food are outstanding. My family has been a loyal customer for too many years that I care to mention. We began with the original Chef Roy Lyons and followed him to three different locations until settling at the Rayne location that seems to be the last. The service and the food has always been extraordinary. In fact, I held my wedding reception and my Mom and Dad's 50th wedding reception here and couldn't have been more pleased. We had guests from many different areas and they were all very complimentary. Can't wait to go back again.
