The managers need to be fired and replaced. They mistreat their staff, and are very rude to customers. Rayne Mc Donald's will have you wanting to yank someone through their window. The whole staff should be replaced, properly trained, and know customer satisfaction is priority. The managers here, are lazy, refuse to fill out legal documentation, disrespectful, and untrained.
