This McDonald's is sad. I ordered 2 burgers. The first one didn't have meat. The 2nd one was not fixed how I ordered it. They took the old meat off the wrong burger, proceed to fix the burger wrong until I said, you still not fixing right. Tomatoes on top of the patty and about 2 little onions. When they put my burger there, the lady opens my burger and looks through it. I am standing watching it all. I asked for the manager. She said she is the manager, I asked for them to please make my burger over correct. She said they were was not making it again and that they did correctly because she watched them. Which she lied, she was talking to the drive-thru person the whole entire time. It was the not making it right for me, got a refund What happened to customer service when your person did wrong. I been a manager for McDonald's for 6 years. This is not how customer service goes. If I could do not stars, I would.

Let me just say whoever managing this store is awesome!! The staff is amazing! I’ve been to plenty Mc Donald’s and when I tell you this Mc Donald’s never disappoints!! The food is always hot and fresh! The staff is well organized! They never just have people waiting around for their orders! I mean it’s just something that I have to acknowledge y’all doing y’all thang!! Keep up the great work !! Very much appreciated because it’s hard to find great service not just sometimes but every time I’ve visited!! # 1 !!!

Sorriest McDonalds I've ever been to. The big woman at the window said that the food was being made fresh. Well 15 minutes passes by and they bring the food out. Guess what. Not fresh. Fry's were refried. Burger bun was stale and the meat was in fact not freshly cooked. I know it's fast food, but paying 18$ for a meal for it not to even be semi decent is ridiculous.
