It this is the McDonald's in Galveston at the end of Broadway you need to complain to the helicopter business. When the helicopter site on helipad just outside your door it fills the place with exhaust. It's terrible. It's hard to eat when you can't breath.

Ms Laurie was wonderful. She was so pleasant and really made my visit great. We were driving to Houston from New Orleans and my kids got hungry so we pulled off in Rayne and it was the best McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had.

I asked for my food cook to order to be pulled up for what. Dishwasher walked the wrong order out to me and I only know this because the line was moving so slow I was stuck at the window. Manager was fighting for her life order taking… clearly she doesn’t do it a lot. In my opinion I would have one of them lil bad attitude girls at the window taking orders cause they was moving slow and don’t want to work. The amount of mustard yall put on my burger was hateful and then my food was cold. My fries was bending like Beckham. Do better rayne. My food was not cheap. Yall got me this time. I’m not even doing a 1800 complaint read it on google stay away!!!

I’m a long distance truck driver and have been to more McDonald’s in every state than just about anybody and yet with this little gem of a location manages to top worst service in the country. Thank you for for a jelly packet that I asked for and was ignored 15 times.

Someone tell the kid wearing the New York Yankees beanie to wear a glove on both hands. I was disgusted watching this kid handle all the food with only one glove on while constantly scratching his nose and hair. BTW it's summer and 95 degrees, wth!

McDonald’s Breakfast Burrito + Curbside Service = PERFECTION
Let me tell you—this morning was blessed. I ordered curbside using the app, and it was smoother than freshly whipped butter. I pulled up, tapped “I’m here,” and out came my burrito like it was waiting for me. Hot, fresh, and ready to change my entire mood.
That breakfast burrito? 10/10. The eggs? Fluffy. The cheese? Melted just right. The sausage? Seasoned like someone back there cares about my day. And the whole thing? Wrapped like a warm hug from the fast food gods.
Curbside service? Also 10/10—no lines, no chaos, just food brought straight to my soul (and car).
Whoever made that burrito today… you understood the assignment. 💯 I’m officially in my “treat yourself to a burrito” era.
