This is the first time this has happened here. Fried chicken not cooked all the way through started to get cold in the middle. Never again. This is the Rayne, LA 70578 location. Could guarantee that I will not be the only one tonight August 31st 2025. Yep this date will be to remember not to order here again.

Cashier was rude and argued with us about our order. She brought out a frozen drink flavor that we never ordered and when we told her we didn't order that flavor, she argued that we did ask for it. None of us even like that particular flavor. Then she left out our dipping sauces from our order for our chicken strips.

I went here to the Rayne Popeyes like a month ago. They made me wait half an hour in the parking lot for shrimp to be cooked. But this has happened on multiple occasions when I would go there I’d wait for almost 30 minutes but this time it was half an hour. They are polite but crappy service. If they make you pull up and you’re in a hurry, just go to another restaurant.

I've been to many popeys restaurants and I have been highly disappointed. But at this location, the young man at the window was extremely polite and handled business like I would run my own. Being punctual and presentable goes a long way, and I appreciated their business.

Every time you to order chicken they say it 15 min wait 🤔 it the weekend you think they would be ready to serve supper... what's really up!!!!!
