This restaurant is a gem. It's hard to beat food of this quality at a truck stop considering what type of restaurants most of them have. I got the shrimp Alfredo and it was fantastic. I will be eating here every time I come by this place.

Thursday lunch buffet is the best time to enjoy Rascal's, in my experiences. Their fried chicken is tender, and full of flavor! My plate usually fills up with green beans (lots of spice, yum), macaroni, fried chicken, and the fried eggplant! ? If you haven't tried it... you should!
