so we were pretty frustrated by the current promotion for Subway which was buy one get one half off but you have to do it online. so we went through the process of doing it online and even though we were at this small Subway that's inside of a gas station and we finished placing our orders before anyone else even came in the store, people started to come in and we had two of our sandwiches made and handed to us and then another one came out about 10 minutes later but as people continue to come in our last two sandwiches just got shuffled back for another half hour or so, so by the time we got our six sandwiches another 10 people had been served before us and it had been almost an hour since we walked in. pretty frustrating.

Ordered online went to pick it up, they said they never received the online order even though I had the receipt stating they received the order and it took the money out of my account. He said sorry we didn't get an order. Never again Subway.

Both Man and woman were very rude. My family and I were passing through and decide to stop here since my daughters requested subway due to limited options.
The owner was arguing with the customer in front of me about a miscommunication with his order. He wanted them to buy 3 sandwiches and they only ordered 2. I thought it was very distasteful and unprofessional.
After my family and I order sandwiches and couple of children’s juices.. my husband wanted ice. So I asked for an ice cup. The twisted face lady implied that I was stealing before I walked to the water machine. She said only water. I proceeded let them know I will return all 5 footlongs and take my business elsewhere. I didn’t ask for water; I only wanted ice for my husband’s beverage. The owner states it was a miscommunication. Yes on her part… to think I wanted to steal a soda that I don’t drink.
Told the guy I wanted the sub extra toasted like actually toasted not just heated up. Had to remind him 3 times.

I ordered two 12-inch subs for my wife and I and we were both extremely disappointed. All the toppings were there, but there was entirely too much pepper, so you couldn't even taste anything else. Basically a waste of money for 2 peppered sandwiches that were inedible. Thank God our cookies weren't peppery too, I'd like a refund but I'll just take my service elsewhere.
