This has gotta be the best Taco Bell. They never disappoint. My food is ALWAYS fresh. They go above and beyond to get everything right. I drive all the way from Crowley to come here where I know my food will be done right. Staff are always friendly and smiling. You gotta love people who actually want to be at their job or who don’t let other things interfere with their job. I highly recommend

We picked up food here on 10/16/25. 1) Our 3 dorito locos tacos were smashed and almost inedible. 2) My husband’s chicken taco had a piece of chicken the size of a chick fil a nugget on it. 3) My husband had a piece of plastic inside of his burrito. 4) I specifically put NO CREAMY JALAPEÑO sauce on a cheese quesadilla for my 3 year old. They still put sauce on his quesadilla and he was unable to eat it due to how spicy it was. This is absolutely unacceptable and a waste of almost $50.

Went tonight first the order process was bad, corrected at window. 3 chicken taco and chicken Quesadilla total did not look right. Review overcharge 1.50 on ticked advised person at window. Requested mild sauce, received 11 Hot. Overall not a good experience. Would not recommend this Taco Bell and I will not be returning. Hello Subway!

Avoid at all costs.. Food was horrible. Burritos barely had any filling. No fountain drinks. No mild sauces. No one working the inside counter - all ordering is done at a kiosk - takes too long. After paying for drinks they could not fill I had to then wait to be reimbursed. I felt sorry for the nice worker who likely has to deal with many irritated customers. But do not stop here.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was a big letdown. The freeze tasted just like cough syrup, way too artificial and honestly hard to drink. On top of that, the food was extremely cold, like it had been sitting out or barely heated. Definitely not worth the money. Won’t be coming back.
