They have two soda dispensers, half of the sodas on both barely work. One doesn't have ice, another is dropping ice everywhere all over the floor. Card reader machines barely function if not broken completely. Food came out cold. No napkins given and the dispenser is empty.

The redhead working locked all the doors and we drove to the drive through where she ignored us multiple times until she realized we weren’t leaving. She told us that she was there alone and we had to order inside even though the drive through schedule said they were open till 2am and we were there at 12:00am. We tried going inside but the doors were locked and she ignored us then as well. Unacceptable, rude and lazy.

We come through couple times on business and each time they are out of something last time it was chicken another time soda this time was hamburger meat, how do you run out of food, the person who orders for this restaurant needs to be fired if its owners give it up and sell it to someone who knows how to run a business...
we will not revisit and this time no change(money) how do you not have change u have 2 registere mayb more.
fire the manager,there was 3 others that was there also..they read the sign no meat and left plus me and husband left and friend so in less 5 min you lost 8 orders jus for 2 people u will spend at least 20 bucks the other lady had kid so there another 20 no telling how many before is I sat around to pay for drinks in the gas station 9 people walked in read sign n then left.
i kind of understand weekend n easter (so plan ahead)
oh by way fire the manager staff or who ever responsible for money I've ran restaurant for yrs n never ran out of inventory even if I had to send crew managers to another location or to walmart or to bank u have people outside talking to people in cars with no food in hand so they have time to talk and not go to bank or get food be glad I don't run the place people would be fired.

We go to order and the manager here was taking our order. She didn't even tell us the price of what we was ordering, and when my mom asked her hey how much was it she walked off and ignored us. Honestly there needs to be better service because we have been sitting here forever waiting on our food. As I'm texting this our food still isn't brought out. And she doesn't hand us a spoon for our frosty but a straw and just had an attitude.

Always asking the drive thru customers to go inside instead. Food is never ready in a timely manner. Today they are out of burger patties, French fries, chicken nuggets and more. Very poorly managed. Corporate clearly does not visit this location.

I’m a tad bit late but I came visit on the 5th it was midnight . Madelyn and Kaylyn were so attentive and polite . They made sure my food was fresh and that it came out in a timely manner . I didn’t have to ask them for anything ! Their personality and people skills are amazing . I’ll always stop at this Wendy’s when I travel home … If you want something fresh nd fast I’ll come see these two ! GREAT JOB !

Order on Uber eats the driver called me saying they didn't have anything but nuggets. So I said that was fine but i order 2 spicy and only got one. And they didn't even want to make my food or drink. Horrible people and Horrible service get yall crap together or just get new people who would actually want to work

Absolutely one of the worst locations. Made a mobile order Nov. 16th for breakfast @ 7 am. The restaurant was closed on a Saturday. Was informed they do what they want. This isn't the 1st time this has happened. Owners and managers need to get there act together.
