So, What’s the point of calling to place an order for a specific pick up just time just to have to wait 15-20 minutes AFTER the pick up time?!?!! Freaking Ridiculous!!! Not to mention, the employees could use some customer service classes 🙄 Work on your time management and customer service skills!!!
Lakena not sure how to spell it but she most definitely don’t need to be at the front counter. She was very rude during my whole transaction. Never told me the total, never repeated my order she just stood there and looked at me. Every other employee was very kind and attentive.
