I loved everything about this place from the food to the customer service I felt like I was at home. The price was great too I got 4 wings 4 fish strips with fries and toast with a drink. She gave me a cup of her special seasoning and it was amazing 10/10 experience

Ok, I'm trying to be nice with this one. When you first walk in, you may be tempted to walk out. The interior is sparse and dirty. It would definitely not pass a Texas food and health inspection. You have to find your happy place and forget about the surroundings.
The food was good. Boss Lady had the fried wings lunch and I had a bacon burger. They brought out a fried pickle appetizer, which was good but REALLY salty. Mama Sarah is extremely gracious and friendly, though. She loves talking to people and makes them feel at home.
Friendly service. All 3 ladies were very friendly. The food was awesome. I had the bacon cheeseburger. U can't go anywhere else and get this much food for that price. I will definitely b going back to try other items on the menu. I highly recommend this place.

The place looks sketchy and the owners know that, but if you ignore the age of the building and have a meal there you won't be disappointed. I had fried fish and my my wife had grilled fish. Both were delicious. My wife also had fried okra. She said it was probably the best she has had. Place only takes cash or you can use the CashApp to pay. It was worth the small deviation of our trip route. Highly recommended.
